Quite old hotel. Better hotel just within walk from this hotel, which is better and more valuable. No hot water except from the tab water. The furniture is just too old without any maintenance, water leaking from tab without being repaired.
Location: strategic, walking distance around 10 mins to Lee Gardens Facilities: poor, no hair dryer, no boiler, no hot water, no coffee maker, bed and TV are antique Price: around rm45 per night for double room, but I m sure we have a better option for this price. The only thing that I satisfied is their staffs are helpful.
This hotel is located in the center of the city where it is easy for guest. Also, It's easy for us to find halal food around it. however, the room condition is quite uncomfortable because it is not clean, quite dusty and the room condition looks old. if you stay here avoid the even numbered rooms as they still have windows but you will only see the walls. However, I am grateful to the excellent and helpful concierge and some of the receptionist (only the one wearing black uniform is nice).
This hotel is old school style and the fasilities in the room also backdated like 90s. What i hated is the receptionist very rude and unfriendly with customer like i is a beggar. The room also smelly, no pipe in bathroom and door very hard to open.
Room is...how can I described it... Old..Dated..Antique.. Staff very nice especially Bell Man (the white uniform man) call them twice because I can't open the door. Wifi available @ lobby only, want to surf internet go to lobby or buy sim card :). Location OK, 10 minute walk to Lee Garden Plaza,Tuk Tuk eveywhere don't worry.
Generally good hotel to stay. The front desk are helpful & informative. The facilities in the room shall be improve. The gym are not properly equipped. In general decent & reasonable hotel to choose due its location.
Room is very dated. Furniture are consider antique. The bed sink in, nightmare in the bathroom. Water tab leaking, bathtub with patched and cracked. Shower not working. WIFI not working in room. Stay if you want to test your tolerance rating.
A centrally located Hotel in Hatyai, great location close to street vendors, night street market and food joints. Interesting area to see racial and religious harmony in full play. Businesses keep everyone working for a living, and holiday makers enjoying the vibrant mood. Most things are cheap even restaurants are great value for money.

Having hard time to open the door and had to get use to it. Otherwise, I got a pretty comfortable room to rest, with good view too. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The wi-fi was not friendly to me at all. This hotel has hand and foot massage at 1st floor and whole body massage at 2nd floor.
