The space
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed in the bedroom, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Built-in wardrobes provide ample storage, making it an ideal choice for both short visits and extended stays.

The family bathroom is well-appointed with a full bathtub, offering a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. It also includes a basin, WC, and a shower over the bath.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your stay feel like home, from a hob, microwave, and toaster to a kettle and other essential amenities. There’s also a washing machine available for your convenience. For those who prefer dining out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, allowing you to relax and catch up on your favourite streaming shows during your stay.

There apartment is located on the first floor of the building, there is no lift so guests will have to use stairs to access the apartment.

PARKING
Short stay guests (less than 6 weeks) there is a pay and display (or pay by phone) car park on site.

For guests who are staying longer than 6 weeks, we can provide a parking permit for you. Please inform us no less than 48 hours before check in so that we can arrange this for you. You will need to supply your registration number at that time.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
