It's an older property and I suspect they are a little lite on staff. Both times I came to the desk nobody was there. They did answer the house phone when I dialed the number shown at the desk and did come promptly to handle my check-in and out... The room was a bit spare - no carpet, but it was clean and everything worked fine... Parking was tight - maybe just me, I arrived after 10pm and I think there was exactly one parking space left both nights - so all good, but there are just enough spaces. It was economically priced and I have no complaints, and as long as that's where you're comfortable, you'll be just fine.

If I enter my hotel room and visible things are in need of attention or repair no more than 3 stars from me. I will honestly say though that I didn't expect much from a Super8 and I got what I expected.

Basic, bare bones, budget motel. Room heater was loud, shower was hard to turn on, wasn’t much of a breakfast…got my moneys worth.

The pull out couch mattress was flat and disgustingly dirty. Staff did put a new mattress on top after a lot of discussion. My sister’s room would not lock and she had to move her things into my room every time we left. The outer door to the hotel also did not lock, so anyone could enter the hotel at any time. The “breakfast” was a choice of 2 cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, &/or a banana. With cheap, wrapped “pastries” on the side. Coffee (which ran out), juice or milk (which also ran out). Staff would not give me my AARP discount “during peak season.” We will never again stay at a “Super 8.”
