After a long day of traveling, I was happy to finally make it to a hotel. My home is currently be renovated, so I'm displaced. Anyway, it was awful to learn once I got to the front desk that I couldn't check in because I was a local resident. I was tired and had to go back out in the cold to find another stay which cost me triple the price of my original booking. Terrible is an understatement. 5 Negative stars.

My stay was for 2 nights, my first complaint is the bottom of the door into the room had a 2 inch gap on the very bottom, my arm up to my elbow could fit under. I put the ironing board against the door to block the gap but if someone wanted to look under and watch everything I did in the room they absolutely could without the block. Another complaint is that the shower did not work the second night. The water would not hold pressure at the bottom faucet, and it would not move up to the shower head. On a positive note, breakfast was good, the breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. The cinnamon rolls were amazing.
