Great house, very clean, and dog friendly. Marvin was very quick to communicate and help us with our changing plans. Only 30 minutes to the beach and a nice place to come back to at the end of the day.

We spent one night here as we passed through Delaware on our travels, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The property was easily located from the main highway, clean, spacious (can't tell from the outside), and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent and I would highly recommend this home for a stay!
