The Villa has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 12 adults and 2 kids.
The Main House sleeps up to 8 adults in 4 bedrooms. Downstairs are the master bedroom (2) with a king-size bed with two single matrasses and a spacious ensuite bathroom (3). Additionally, there are two more bedrooms, the Green Room (6) and Gala Room (5), with single king-size mattresses and a shared bathroom (4).
The living room (1) has an open kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer, fridge with ice maker, washing machine, and two large dining tables (7) that can be combined and comfortably sit up to 14 guests.
There is a gas fireplace inside and a fire place to barbecue outside along with many lounge corners.
The Apartment sleeps up to 2 adult guests and 3 children in two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom (14) has a king-size bed just like the one in the main house and an ensuite bathroom (15). Attached is a smaller second bedroom (13) with a loft bed that sleeps 2 children and an extra single bed. The kitchen (16) in the Apartment is also fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, electric cooker, washing machine and a table that sits 8 guests.
Although Lanzarote and especially the village of Mala is considered a very secure and quiet area, the Villa has a security system and 2 safes for your peace of mind.
The Main House has a second floor where you will find a cosy large sofa and a work desk with a view that will make it hard for you to concentrate.. There is a printer at your service and 5G fiberglass internet.
There are two large terrasses (8, 12) that provide extra privacy and great views.
The fourth bedroom (10) with ensuite bathroom (11), also referred to as the Blue Room, has the best views over the Arrieta bay and is bit more tucked away than all other rooms. The master bedroom downstairs and the Blue Room are quipped with AC.
In front of the Apartment you have large daybed that can be used to sleep outside during warm nights, has a spectacular few on the sunrise, and overlooks the heated pool (19).
The Pool House can serve as a 7th bedroom with 2 single matrasses or as a Yoga Room. It has a shower and a separate toilet with a spectacular view over the ocean as well as an extra fridge to have cold drinks by the pool.
The large property (about 4000m²) offers plenty of private parking including an electric car charger (17). There is a trampoline (23), a beach tennis and volleyball field (24), and more places to enjoy absolute privacy and tranquillity (22). There are also 50 olive trees, mangos, dates, wine, passion fruit, papaya, banana and pepper trees and much more for you to discover.
Bed linen, towels, beach towels and hairdryer as well as a safe are provided. The tap water can be safely used for cooking. We look forward to welcoming you!
Most of the Lanzarote’s “must sees” like Ceasar Manriques Cactus Garden, Jameos del Agua, Punta Mujeres, the Big Lagoon, Haria and its market, the Mirador del Rio, and the beautiful town of Teguise are a mere 10 min drive away.
Even closer is the protected Charco, a semi-natural pool, that his just a short walk away. The beautiful beach of Arrieta and Punta Mujeres is only 5 min by car, perfect for a longer swim or snorkel adventure in the crystal-clear water. And you better not tell anyone that you don’t even have to leave the house to check the little known, yet world class surf, wing foil and windsurf spots on the north coast. Just pick up the provided binoculars and you know when it’s time to go.
If water sports are not your thing, you can hike, jog or bike endlessly along the coast or into the mountains, taking off directly from the Villa, often not meeting a single person. Or you hook up with the paragliders who are taking off in the mountains behind the house, if the wind permits, to have a look at the Villa from above.
