Great Escape

My husband and I stayed in this house while visiting family near Aalborg. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful sea.

Wonderful location

We were looking for a quiet place close to the beach to get some downtime from the everyday life ; ) And we sure found it. The bird view of the house(s) sold it to us. The hosts responded always very promptly and were very helpful! The house is exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. And even though a review was saying that the two small downstairs bedrooms should be combined-it was great for us. We were travelling with our 6 and 7 year old daughters and they had a BLAST staying in one of the rooms downstairs (they LOVED the bunk bed!). Since I didn’t want them to try to go upstairs in the middle of the night, my husband and I decided to sleep downstairs as well. We slept very good! As to the location of the house-we really enjoyed being this close to the beach! The house itself has everything that you would need for a stay! Everything as described!

Die Lage es Hauses ist super schön. Wer Ruhe will ist hier genau richtig. Am Strand waren wir eigentlich immer alleine,weil die nächsten Ferienparks etwas weiter weg sind. Wie es in der Hochsaison aussieht kann ich nicht sagen aber es geht sicher niemand 3 km um sich an diesen Strand zu legen. Das Haus bietet alles was man so braucht.Die Küche ist reichlich bestückt um auch 10 Gäste zu versorgen.Es war auch soweit alles sauber nur sollte man sich nicht nur auf die Gäste verlassen.Aufenthalt Mai 2025

Urlaubsabbruch wegen Ungeziefer

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Leider ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen, so dass durch einen Riss in der Außenwand Ameisen und Käfer ins Bett gekrabbelt sind. Die Hundehaare der Vormieter waren auf Matratzen und Kopfkissen zu finden und Kellerasseln besuchten uns im Bad. Als dann noch ein Wurm aus der Matratze kam, brachen wir den Urlaub leider ab. Die Vermieter waren sehr entgegenkommend.

Nice house at the sea

You are directly at the sea via the dune. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The house is older, and certain things are getting old. However, the kitchen is brand new. It's good for large groups, as there are beds for up to 10 people and a long dining table. What inconvenient is that bed linen, towels, electricity, water, wood, and the final cleaning all have to be paid for separately on site. This is difficult to calculate, but the prices are communicate from the beginning.

Eine schöne Lage und ein Objekt mit ungenutzten Potenzial

Der Check in war unkompliziert, allerdings ist uns schnell die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit aufgefallen bzw. es war nur sehr oberflächlich “sauber“… z.B. fremde Haare im Bad, eine Kellerassel im Bett, dreckige Schubladen in der Küche sowie eine dreckige Kaffeemaschine, Essensreste in der Spülmaschine, recht fettige Backbleche. Die Möbel wirken teils sehr zusammengewürfelt und alt (vor allem die Betten). Das Bad und insbesondere die Dusche braucht dringend eine Modernisierung… wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob das schmutzige in der Dusche Schimmel war. Strom und Wasser muss man zum Schluss extra bezahlen und das kann teuer werden. 150€ für eine Endreinigung ist absolut überzogen; empfehlenswert ist es selbst zu putzen. Gut war: die sehr ruhige Lage, das Wlan und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Das Haus hat Potenzial und die Vermieter müssten etwas Geld in die Immobilie investieren.

Ein Schönes Haus!

Der Vermieter ist Top. Das Haus könnte etwas mehr gedämmt werden, das es aus jedem Spalt zieht. Das Bad könnte auch eine Modernisierung vertragen. Aber ansonsten kann man ohne Problem mit 6-8 Personen seinen Urlaub im Haus verbringen. Im großen und ganzen war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Erholung pur

Ein wunderbarer Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Der nächste grössere Ort um ein bisschen zu shoppen liegt ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Supermarkt 3-5 Autominuten Das nächste Restaurant 30 min am Strand entlang oder 4 min. mit dem Auto. Natur pur. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Häuschen mit besonderem Charme

Ein schönes Häuschen am Ende eines Weges, welches sehr ruhig in den Dünen liegt. Die Einrichtung und der gesamte Aufbau strahlen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ganz nett aber sehr abgewohnt

Lage: das Haus liegt direkt in den Dünen. Der Strand ist menschenleer und man kann stundenlang dort spazieren gehen. Einfach traumhaft. Im Ort "Vrist" selbst ist rein gar nichts, was man machen könnte. Der Ort selbst ist eher heruntergekommenen und fast jedes zweite Haus steht zum Verkauf. In 15 Fahrminuten erreicht man mehrere kleine Städte, in denen man abends essen gehen kann. Haus: Das Haus selbst ist ganz nett, mehr leider auch nicht. Terrasse: ist ausreichend groß mit einigen Sitzangelegenheiten. Leider sind die Polster für die couch kaputt und wurden bisher nicht erneuert (mehrere Löcher von Zigarettenstummeln). Die Terrasse wirkt neu und gepflegt. Ebenso gibt es einen Gas und eine Kohlegrill. Küche: des des Hauses ist das neueste an dem Objekt. Diese ist wirklich schön. Jedoch wurde bei den Einbaugeräten nicht auf Qualität geachtet, sondern alles wirkt billig. Teller, Tassen und co sind bunt zusammengewürfelt. Nichts passt zusammen. Das war in Ordnung, jedoch bin ich sowas aus diversen anderen deutschen Ferienhäusern nicht gewöhnt. Badezimmer:sind eine Katastrophe! Das muss man wirklich so sagen! Diese müssen dringend renoviert werden! Wohnzimmer: ausreichend groß, aber leider durch diverse Möbel total zugestellt. Es sind noch einige Möbel dazugekommen. Jedoch scheinen die nicht neu gekauft worden sein, sondern die "Reste" wurden dort zusammengewürfelt. Möbel wirken sehr alt. Schlafzimmer:Betten sind gefühlt 30 Jahre alt. Mehrer teppiche übereinander gelegt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Das Haus liegt einmalig am Ende an kleiner Ferienhaussiedlung, sehr rühig und privat direkt am privatem Strand. Die Besitzer waren außerst freundlich, hilfreich und unkomplizert. Das Haus ist besser ausgestattet als angegeben. Auch ein schönes, großes Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten sieht man nicht auf den Bildern. Die zwei Schlaffzimmer unten sind genau wie die Bilder vermuten lassen. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten innen sowie außen. Wir möchten sehr gerne öfters kommen und können das Haus gerne empfehlen.

Eigentlich ist in der Hausbeschreibung schon fast alles Erwähnenswerte genannt: Wenn man Ruhe, Bequemlichkeit und Großzügigkeit sucht - hier findet man sie. Großartig ist der Loft-Charakter im Haus; der Wohnraum erstreckt sich praktisch über die gesamte Haushöhe, bietet eine bequeme Sitzecke, einen großen Esstisch, vielfältige Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten und eine sehr komfortable moderne Küche in Vollausstattung. Unter den Bildern leider nicht zu finden ist der im Obergeschoss befindliche, vergleichsweise große Schlafraum, ausgestattet mit zwei Doppelbettenund wesentlich angenehmer als die beiden Schlafkojen im Erdgeschoss. Von ihm gelangt man auch auf den Balkon auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Auf der vorderen Terrasse befindet sich mittlerweile neben dem Esstisch noch eine Outdoor-Lounge-Garnitur, die wir abends regelmäßig nutzten. An- und Abreise gestalteten sich, dank der freundlichen Familie Koch, total unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Haus zum Wiederkommen.

Perfekte Lage

Es ist ein typisches Ferienhaus für 8- 10 Personen. Wir waren zu Viert und fanden es so genau richtig. Im Erdgeschoß sind 2 winzige Zimmer mit jeweils 1 Doppelbet und ein Einzelbett darüber...wie man da raufkommen soll , hat sich uns nicht erschlossen Für unseren Geschmack wäre es besser aus diesem Zimmern 1 vernünftig großes zu machen.Im OG stehen 2 größere Betten in 1 großen Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Wifi Anbindung ist sehr gut, ebenso die Ausstattung mit Smart TV...sogar ein HDMI Kabel steckte , um andere Laptops anzuschließen. Küche ist großzügig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Bad ist ausreichend...mehr aber auch nicht. Die 2.Toilette ist ein Plus, aber sehr winzig. Am besten war die Lage ...kurz über die Düne und man hat den Strand vor sich! Ofen mußten wir nicht nutzen, Klimaanlage auch nicht. Für alle Geräte gab es eine Anleitung und Einweisung durch den Vermieter. Gefehlt hat uns nur eine Erklärung bez.der Müllsortierung ...die Mülltonne ist nur für Restmüll...im Schuppen fanden wir Aufbewahrungen für den Rest.Da wir die Endreinigung mitgebucht hatten, mußten wir uns wohl nicht um die Entsorgung kümmern. Alles in Allem ein netter Kontakt und ein schöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie.

Schöne ruhige Tage…

Großes, geräumiges Haus in Sackgassenlage mit wenig drumherum. Wer Ruhe sucht - findet Sie hier. Einmal über die Dünen und man ist am Strand- wenige Menschen aber für Kinder zum Baden nicht geeignet. Hier gibt es aber in der Umgebung viele Bademöglichkeiten.

Ein Paradies in Dänemark

Guten Tag, vielen Dank für dieses schöne Ferienhaus, in dem auch Haustiere herzlich willkommen sind. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und spricht ein ausgezeichnetes Deutsch. Das Haus liegt wunderbar eingebettet inmitten der Dünen und ist - in Sternen ausgedrückt - mit fünfen hiervon ausgestattet. Bestimmt kommen wir noch einmal wieder. Viele Grüße
