お部屋が広かった。床が埃っぽかった。洗面シンクの蛇口が水にするとお湯が出て、お湯にすると水が出て、火傷しそうだった。アプリで支払い済みなのに現地でも請求され払いそうになった。場所を探しました。スミトモ9の表示が建物にはなかったので分かりにくい。 6階でしたが眺望がいまいちでした。次回は7階以上にしてほしい 以上

チェックインの際に、セキュリティの人が対応したが、英語も日本語も伝わらず、電波がなく、電話、翻訳アプリもつかえない。しかも、支払い済みなのにしばらく料金を払えとのやりとりが続く。デスクの引き出しが壊れており勝手に開くし、ケトルには前に使った人の水が入ったまま、しかも壊れて使えない。タオルが臭いのは辛い。日系の名前に相応しいサービスを期待していたので、かなり残念だった。
