Disliked: Cleanliness

No apartment available. Stayz failure!

Got to venue in dirty alleyway. Messaged owner through WhatsApp number provided by Stayz and the owner replied to say they don't sell any rentals through Stayz and the property I told them about was taken off the market more than two years previously. Was NYE so had to book another hotel at a premium. Not impressed with Stayz at all, who I had to fight for a refund.
