This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, probably the best we have had in Vietnam. But what makes this place special is the staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. A special mention to Henry, Guest Relations Officer, for his help.
