This is a relatively new hotel but it’s more 4 star than 5 star. I stayed here at the end of my three week trip to Vietnam for 1 extra night in Hanoi before my long haul flight home. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was for the roof top pool and sun loungers. This area of the hotel is lovely and after being granted a late check out to 2pm (I was so appreciative of this) I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing here before using my room to freshen up and explore Hanoi again. The breakfast was very poor but the evening meal was very good. My bedroom and bathroom were small and the decor wasn’t 5 star but it was clean and fresh. The staff in this hotel are lovely and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. While the hotel doesn’t exude pure luxury I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a very good 4 star offering.
