Incredible service and great location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This hotel is in a great location and is clean and tidy but the best part is the fantastic service you receive. Every member of staff was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. They were so kind, helpful with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we need. We ended up booking our last two nights quite last minute due to plans being changed by the typhoon and they made it so easy and stress free. I’d 100% recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hanoi!

This property is clean and comfortable but the best thing is the staff, they are the most kind and helpful hotel staff, they helped me order cabs, suggested activities and restaurants and were all round a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay - quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and a safe. Good location but far enough away from the busy streets around the Old Quarter. All the staff were very friendly and helped me with booking my trip to Halong Bay. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay as a family of 4 at La Cascada. Our room was clean and the hotel location was great, with a 10 minute walk to most location's that meant that we were get around everywhere easily. The staff were amazing, beautiful peope who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They were so helpful with organising transfer to and from the airport, with great communication. They also helped book two great tours for us to do. Thank you so much.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The room was a good size, clean, and had both a/c and a fan. We also did not find it to be noisy outside. The location in terms of getting to food and the area around hoan kiem lake was very convenient, however cars cannot drive down the street the hotel is on so taking a grab or a tour out of the city can be a little tough but we did make it work. Overall, we had a good stay.

We had a family room which was clean and quiet (which is hard to come by in Hanoi). Staff is so friendly and willing to help make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. They helped us receive a bag we accidentally left in our previous hotel and made a wonderful effort for my son birthday - cake, candles and beautiful card - thank you La Cascada - keep up the good work and we will stay again if in Hanoi.

I'm SO happy we stayed here and it made our time in Hanoi even that much better. Located on the outskirts of the tourist district, the location was perfect- you're close to a lot but it's not super "touristy" feeling (especially compared to other parts of the district). Considering how close it is to the train, it was very quiet in our room. The entrance is in a small alley that you can't access by car so if you're bougie you might be off put, but we did not care at all. We liked that it is a smaller hotel and felt more homey. Our room was clean and the AC worked great. Considering how cheap it is to stay here, the quality is awesome. Our luggage got delayed and the staff we so friendly, accommodating, and worked with the Hanoi airport to get it delivered to the hotel. I can't say enough good things about the staff!! I'll be recommending this place to anyone I know visiting Hanoi. :)

I stayed here three weeks and highly recommend. I was so lucky to pick this place. Hotel is very prompt at responding to communications - I had lots of questions. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the craziness of the "tourist" area, yet in a quiet area so you can get away from the madness. Important - this hotel is a few hundred meters from the "wet market" which is a cultural experience. Must see, especially if you eat meat! Go at dawn and take a camera! Best nearby coffee - I like "S-Coffee" on Hang Cheu St. The staff are wonderful - genuinely friendly and helpful. English is very good. Room was clean, and housekeeping was just perfect. Laundry was cheap and fast. The hotel helped me arrange an overnight trip to Ha Long area. They can arrange trips all over Vietnam. It was easy to set up, and good. Before you arrive at HAN, be sure to book an airport pick-up using the hotel to arrange it. The hotel adds the cost to your room bill, about $18. The driver will show up with a card with your name on it, and you just collapse into the back seat and let them take you to the hotel. A person from the hotel will come out to meet you at the street. Could not be easier, especially after the long flights (it took me 24 hours). You don't need to find VND to pay the driver, or worry about getting ripped off. It just works!
