A spacious and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful, good choices at breakfast along with eggs cooked to order. Also kindly assisted with our onward travel to Cat Ba, saving us some time and hassle. Don't miss the show and fun at Train Street nearby! Nice sandwiches around the corner at Banh Mi 25.

Great old quarter hotel!

Quaint hotel with excellent service. Great location in Hanoi quarter , nearby night market and the dong Xuan market. Room is clean and modern. Snacks and drinks are provided all day in the lobby , a refreshing welcome when you return from tours. And the best ? The delicious breakfast , with an a la carte choice !

Love this hotel, best customer service

I love staying at this hotel when I'm in Hanoi for business. It's cozy and comfortable with everything you'd want - good bed, bathtub, free breakfast, strong WiFi, etc. Located in Old Quarter just a ten minute walk from the weekend festivities at Hoan Kiem lake. But there are a million hotels in this area - the reason I stay here is for the incredible customer service. The people here are wonderful -- so warm, and they go WAY above and beyond, from helping my partner arrange a Valentine's surprise of flowers and wine, to organizing taxis, to finding a cardboard box to ship our extra work supplies home, and so on. Whatever little thing they can do to make your life easier, they will!

The staff at this location is phenomenal. They were ready for me even when I arrived earlier than check in from my tour in Halong Bay. They helped me book a taxi to the airport and they genuinely wanted to know how my travels had been. The beds were huge with a soft top and the rooms had Netflix! I highly recommend this hotel.
