Hotel de Lagom is a fantastic boutique hotel. The communication with their staff has been excellent, with consistent engagement before arrival, and their warm welcome has been outstanding. Breakfast was amazing, featuring a variety of local and Western dishes. Highly recommend this hotel which is located in the old quarter which has great views of Hanoi from their rooftop and the room was clean and spacious.

The rooms are modern and spacious. The staff however were not very friendly (with the distinct exception of Kathy) and we did not feel very welcomed. The spa service was not good and our massage was quite average. Breakfast was ok and the location fine. I would not stay in this hotel next time.

Slightly further out from the main pub street/Hoan Kian area, but very close to train street and walking distance to everywhere you’d want in Hanoi. Very good hotel in convenient location in Hà Nội Old Quarter. Excellent room, well appointed with very comfortable bed. The pool was extremely refreshing on hot days! Only small gripe - no gluten free bread available at breakfast; not good for a celiac traveler! Nonetheless, will stay here again
