The heating system was not working properly. One room was very very cold while other room was very hot . The unit may have been remodeled years ago but it had not been maintained. The dresser in the bedroom was falling apart and the kitchen draws were disgusting. There was dirt, crumbs, and partially used ketchup packages. When I contacted the owner all he said we will look into this . We booked a 3 night stay and left after one night. Even after told him what was going he did nothing . I never had this experience before .

We just finished a wonderful holiday weekend stay at the Country Inn. This suite has been updated with a very cute "mountain-chic" vibe—we especially loved the rug and the wall decor, and the kids were so excited about the little stuffed moose waiting for them! The host was also very proactive, communicating with us before and during our stay to make sure we were settled.What we loved about the suite:Convenience: The location is unbeatable. You are steps away from the front desk, gym, and pool. Being right under the kids' activities and two floors below the restaurant made the logistics of a ski trip so much easier.Functional Additions: Though the kitchenette is small, the host added a second fridge and an air fryer, which were very helpful for quick meals.Thoughtful Touches: The board games and DVDs in the room were great for the kids during down-time.Resort Highlights:Family Activities: Being a holiday weekend, the resort had a magician, face painting, and nightly movies with popcorn.Lobby Amenities: The staff was very friendly. We also made frequent use of the lobby water station (filtered, sparkling, and hot) and the morning/afternoon coffee and hot cocoa service.A note for guests: Because the room is in such a central, convenient spot, you can hear some noise from the hallway (kids running etc.) in the evening. However, we would choose this location again for the sheer convenience!

Newly renovated….NOT the case!!

The property is described as newly remodeled. This is not the case. The mini fridge was in sad shape upon arrival. It needed to be defrosted, and cleaned, noted to have animal hair and dirt on bottom and shelves. Water stains all over walls of bathroom due to no ventilation, floors needed to be cleaned, unit was dusty. Climate control in bedroom was nasty! Vent was so rusted I don’t k ow how air was getting through!! Look elsewhere !!! Host refused my request for a refund on cleaning fee. I submitted pictures to Vrbo customer service. They gave me the refund after viewing my pictures. Do not book through this host!

Perfect Place

My son and I stayed here for a week while he was attending a Pipe Band camp. The place was perfect!!! Clean, great location and super comfortable. The host responded very quickly when I texted with a question and also checked in through email to make sure everything was going well and that we were pleased. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Booked this stay for a family wedding weekend in the Berkshires. The unit was just as described and clean. The communication from the owner was exceptional and we appreciated the early check-in we requested.

Great Location and Terrific Space

This 1BR condo within the hotel couldn't have been better. Steps to the lift, easy to get in and out of, available parking, etc. The room itself was spacious, clean, easily accessible, and fit our needs to a tee.
