Guests can enjoy a laptop friendly workspace, high speed internet, and a television for entertainment. The home also offers practical amenities such as a washer, air conditioning, and heating to ensure your stay is comfortable in any season. Outside, you will find a private patio or balcony, along with the convenience of a garage and off street parking for up to three vehicles. This property is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat with all the little extras that make a stay truly special.



Guest Access:

You will have full and exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. This includes three private bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Guests are welcome to enjoy the private patio area and utilize the garage for parking. We provide off street parking for up to three vehicles, ensuring plenty of space for your arrival. Please note that parking is strictly prohibited on the street.

You are just a short drive from the scenic beauty of the Cooper River and local parks perfect for morning walks. For your dining and shopping needs, a variety of local eateries and convenient retail stores are reachable within a five to ten minute drive. The central location makes it an ideal base for exploring, with historic downtown Charleston and its world class dining, shopping, and cultural attractions accessible in about twenty minutes by car. Whether you are looking to enjoy a quiet evening in the neighborhood or head out for an adventure, you are perfectly positioned to experience it all.



Getting Around:

The property is best explored by car as public transportation options are limited in the Hanahan area. We provide a private garage and dedicated off street parking for up to three vehicles, ensuring you have plenty of space for your arrival. Please be advised that street parking is strictly prohibited. For those traveling by air, the Charleston International Airport is conveniently located approximately fifteen minutes away by car. Downtown Charleston and its historic attractions are easily reached in about twenty minutes via the nearby major roadways.



Other Things to Note:

No parties and no gatherings larger than the maximum of 8 people. Only 3 cars are allowed on site at any time.
