Bare bones hotel. No amenities -not even cups or glasses in the room. No maid services with a 3 day stay - not even towel exchange. Elevator broken - I just had back surgery. Breakfast was very sparse. Staff didn't seem to care or were not willing help. I GOT CHARGED AGAIN UPON CHECK IN WHEN I THOUGHT I HAD ALREADY PAID EXPEDIA!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nicely updated hallways. The room itself was quite comfy, partially updated but they could have updated the furniture. No complaints on the hotel itself.my complaints is the patrons there.let's talk hotel etiquettes we all know that the doors are heavy and they slam so why won't people slow the door down so it won't slam also truckers parked behind the hotel and all I can hear is their trucks still on.. luckily I was able to zoneit out and go to sleep

Respetar las reservas, pedí una habitación para tres y cuando llegamos a las 23:00 horas dijeron que no que solo dos personas por habitación, la reserva era para tres, pues me tocó que dormir a mí en el coche, traté de conseguir servicio al cliente con expedía y miedo de una hora de no conseguir buenos resultados, decidí mejor dormir en el coche, tenía que viajar temprano al otro día

I was given a room on the second floor and not told the elevator was not working. I had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs with my things. I did not have a microwave in my room. Breakfast: only regular coffee, no decaf, no juice of any kind, the bread was very dry and hard as a rock. It was nice to see the updated deco and lighting in the hallways.

I booked 3 rooms and they all had a horrible smell. I changed rooms and the next room had the same horrible smell. We had to buy air freshener to see if it would help and it helped just a little. The rooms were so dirty. The first room we had the sheets were dirty. Even the “do not disturb” sign was dirty! Everything was dusty. My parent’s room had horrible stains in the carpet. The only good thing was the second room had clean sheets. We only stayed 1 whole night that’s why we didn’t change hotels. When we told the staff they looked dumb founded like no one had ever complained before.

If I was the owner of Wyndham I would be checking into that location, the elevator did not work. People with disabilities had to walk up the stairs. They didn’t have towels and wash rags in each room that we had. It was very little for their so-called continental breakfast the cart that you load your luggage in and out with was broken and held together with string..Someone needs to look into it . I know it’s independently owned, but it still has the Wyndham name attached. It’s giving them a bad name.
