Ground floor: spacious, comfortably furnished L-shaped living room with wood burning stove, satellite TV, chesterfield sofa and two dining tables with 6 chairs; well-equipped kitchen including oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc .;
toilet on the ground floor.
Floor: 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Location: 200 meters from the center of Hambye (between Granville and Villedieu-les-Poeles) with shops and restaurant; 20 to 30 km. (depending on location) from the sea and beaches; an ideal base for visiting the landing beaches or the famous Mont Saint-Michel, but also the many nice coastal towns and the copper town of Villedieu-les-Poeles.
