This exclusive villa offers 300 sqm of living space, a high-quality kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms, and two spacious living rooms—one featuring a fireplace and direct access to the garden. Outside, you will find a sauna, garden shower, heated outdoor whirlpool (seasonally available from May 15 to October 1), gas grill, outdoor fireplace, and a terrace. A carport is located directly at the house. Natural stone and real wood parquet floors create an elegant atmosphere indoors. For entertainment, TVs with streaming options and satellite channels are available. The villa offers ideal connections to Hamburg city center.
Surroundings:
A hospital, several medical practices, and various supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. Cafés, restaurants, and further shopping options are within walking distance or a short drive away. Public transport stops are right outside the door, providing quick access in all directions—perfect for trips to the surroundings or city center.
Please respect quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:30 and after 21:00. Loud music in the garden is not permitted.
