Excellent for when you want to visit Hamburg by car. The hotel is situated at the outskirts of the city and offers free parking at the hotel's grounds. You take a short walk to the nearest station to cath a train to the cirty centre. The room is decent and clean. The beds are comfortable and the shower is good. Keep in mind that the hotel is in the middle of an industrial zone so you might hear the neighbours. All in all, good value for money.
Simple room, clean bedding, nice crew. Close to the motorway. Cannot demand nothing more, really decent, I can recommend it to everyone. Free WiFi. There is a parking lot behind the building that belongs to the hotel.
We had a lovely room on the first floor, nice and spacious, ideal for one night stay :)We always choose this hotel when we travel from Norway to Slovakia,it is close to motorway so we can easily continue our journey
The hotel was very clean and our room very nice, although did not have what it promised during the reservation ( like a bathtub and a hairdryer). The location is not bad for being Hamburg (such a huge city!), the hotel is just 3 stations away with the train (10 min ride) and 10 min walk. The area where the hotel is, is very isolated since it is in an industrial area, but it was completely safe and the train connections to the main station were great and often during the weekends, but the train goes there just until 1:00 a.m. or something like that (do not remember quite correctly right now) from Monday to Thursday.
Simple check-in, free parking and tidy room - that's all I need to stop by. Good value for money. On the other hand, Location, which was not city centre and was not close to airport. It's good if you have a car. p.s. there was a safe in the room which add little bit more trust to the hotel
This hotel is exactly as expected a 3* motorway stopover. With cheap pricing and free parking it does its job. Room was ok, tv, wifi, hanging space etc. Bathroom was tiny and no frills. Room was noisy from traffic from about 5am and so not a place to stay if you are not getting up and back on the road. Breakfast was basic and was included in my package so can't complain. Stay was as expected and was only let down by the receptionist who was not polite when handling my TUI paperless booking "I've worked here for 3 years" is not the answer I expected when explaining that TUI does not provide hotel vouchers to handover to receptions anymore.
Hotel in very unpicturesque borderline shady suburb of Hamburg. Both the hotel and its rooms have certainly seen better days. We stayed here for one night while passing through on the A1, but even in this situation I can assure you that you can find more cozy alternatives.
We stayed one night on our way to France. The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Hamburg more or less in an industrial area. The room was clean and the hotel offered good parking. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. Unfortunately, the room had a smoky smell even though we ordered a smoke free room. The hotel offers quite a good breakfast, but a bit overpriced. The surroundings are not the greatest, but the hotel is of good value for a nights sleep when passing through.
The price was pretty good for a double room but the room wasn't that clean. The headboard and the walls had weird stains on them and some of them looked like dried blood.Additionally, in the toilet within the extra roll of toilet paper there was a piece of used toilet paper.Furthermore in the hallway there were pieces of furniture waiting to be assembled and put into the rooms. The train station was quite far from the hotel and one needs to walk in the main road to get there.Lastly, there were some other guests opposite our room and I am guessing they were quite young since they were shouting and banging on each other's door after 23:00pm.I wouldn't stay again in that hotel.
Okay, this is a very budget hotel and doesn't make any promises, but even so, it really is poor. The reception looks very modern and stylish, but it's deceptive as the corridors are tacky and the rooms are small. The bathrooms are even smaller, and not really useable as a result. Wifi is available but the connection is painfully slow and the connection kept dropping. The only amenity within walking distance is a Burger King. If you're feeling really adventurous, you can walk a little further and get McDonalds instead. All in all, if you're paying <40 euros a night, and it's just to sleep, it's worth considering. Otherwise, no.
