Fabulous space and views of the ocean from the living/dining room, main bedroom, and sun deck. The sunroom is spectacular with high windows on three sides, and a great place to relax when it’s very windy -as it was during most of our stay.The kitchen is massive and well-equipped for cooking, though we mostly ate out. We brought our own coffee, but there’s a fully stocked coffee bar.Entry is a little tricky, and we couldn’t reach anyone via the phone number provided - but ultimately we managed…My husband and I were alone and think it’s a perfect place for a couple’s retreat. Will rent again for sure.

The view from the penthouse was beautiful! It was close to the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean. The only downside was the second and third bedrooms were very small and one had only a double bed.

What an amazing place! The home is spacious, the ocean views are incredible, and everything is first class and just steps away from the ocean. The penthouse deck is a beautiful place to have deep conversations, enjoy wine and cheese with friends and family, or just relax. The home owners were a dream to work with and so very helpful. We hope to return again and again.

The view and location were excellent. The manager/owner was upbeat and communicated well.If you enjoy cooking you will find the very large kitchen perfectly designed for cooking with others. We didn’t cook much ourselves because we enjoyed going to some of the many, very good, nearby by restaurants.

Great views

The only downside was the inside temperature, 78 degrees unless we left the windows open all the time. Turned both thermostats to 68, phoned property mgmt and left message but no responce. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

Amazing Oceanside penthouse with fabulous views, clean coastal air, and the soothing sound of the surf. Beautifully appointed, with comfortable furnishings and modern decor. Great trails for walking and biking, and long stretches of sandy beach to enjoy!

Relaxing getaway

We took my husband's mother to the beach to celebrate her birthday. This was the perfect house. It was relaxing as well as beautiful. All the amenities were provided. You get to see and hear the ocean from the deck or the sunroom. We would definitely stay here again.

What a location. Waves 50 feet from your bed! Bigger space than appears. Comfortable and safe. Neighborhood so California. Easy, laid back and beautiful. Top deck sunset outstanding. Great place for entertaining -open floor plan a plus. Quiet area with great restaurants nearby. For a beach house very comfy. A true escape property.

Ideal beach house

You're across the street from the ocean with lots of windows and a large balcony. I loved listening to the waves at night from the master bedroom. (You cant see the ocean from the other bedrooms.) The kitchen is large and well stocked. There are 4 wood burning fireplaces. We wish we had known ahead of time so we could have brought wood. Really beautiful location. There is property management company, not an owner. So all communications went through VRBO contact number, then they contacted the property management company.

Breathtaking Views

The location could not be any better! The views are incredible and the ambiance is fabulous! There are 4 fireplaces - the primary living room, primary suite, dining room and sunroom. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious for several chefs! There were 6 of us and we enjoyed everything about the living spaces. A few items to note... (1) One bathroom is small with a shower, pedestal sink and no storage. The other is enormous with a dual shower heads, jacuzzi bathtub for two and a second sink with cabinets in the toilet area. There is also a door between the two bathrooms which was great for 6 of us ladies getting read at the same time. The main vanity had enough drawers for each guest to have two drawers to stow their toiletries etc. (2) The two guest bedrooms are small with only full beds and no storage in one and only a small closet in the other. There is a closet down the hall which helps. Again, for 6 girlfriends it was doable but not ideal for couples. (3) The oven is set in Celsius mode! Thank goodness one of my friends figured it out or our crab quiche would have never made it to fruition!! LOL Once you google the formula it is inconvenient but workable! (4) We only had 1 key to the house and unfortunately, no garage door openers working so that was inconvenient. (5) Outdoor furniture was not as pictured and worn/broken. They offered to substitute but that should have been done prior to occupancy and was somewhat disappointing. Overall though, AMAZING!

Beautiful BeachHouse.

This property is great. Wonderful views from open spacious rooms with a great 'sun' room and outdoor patio. Furnishings were very nice, TV had cable and good assortment of streaming services, and the kitchen was large, modern and well-equipped. Bedrooms were fine for 3 adult couples. The location is right by the ocean with good paths for walking and access to the beach. I definitely recommend this penthouse and would gladly stay again.
