Amazing stay, great staff and dinner. However, it was very very cold in all the buildings besides the room that is conditioned. The bathroom and the common areas are too cold during winter.

We're so glad we stayed here for our first Roykan experience. We booked a villa and had an indoor + outdoor private onsen to use when we needed. The staff were amazing, check in wad a breeze and all our meals were excellent.
