I had a 2-bedroom apartment that was well-equipped for cooking. The cleaning staff did a good job each day. The area around the property is noisy and crowded. If you are in Hai Phong for a longer business trip and you want a service apartment, this could be right for you. I was charged for a missing ladle and spoon surprisingly which must not have been there from the beginning, so keep in mind that at check-out you could be charged for missing items although they do not give you a list of items at check-in.

This place is great. The kitchen was a big bonus with a large supermarket just a few hundred yards away. The staff are so nice to deal with and they have great English speaking skills. I stayed for four days and enjoyed my extended stay.

Floor to ceiling windows offer great views of the city. A major supermarket next door is handy as is the bowling alley and arcade. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good place with easy accessibility

I have stayed here a couple of times. It a convenient place with supermarket and a mall. With nice Korean food and hit pot. Only down side is no convince store after 11pm.

Excellent hotel in Hai Phong

We were totally impressed with all aspects of this hotel - the friendly and helpful staff, the standard of the facilities which include a good gym and swimming pool and the amazing apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family group with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen, a lovely living area, comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms.

My family could relax after tiresome one day round trip to Cat Ba island when the rainy storm distressed us all day. Every thing was great but ants on the beds. I could buy fruits, breads, and some present for my friend from C market next by the hotel.

Business trip to China

Excellent hotel with excellent staff. They all were helpful and tried to accommodate every request quickly. This is in close proximity to the Canton Fair and they have a bus service which was punctual and an easy way to get to and from the Fair. I will be staying here again!
