The hotel is in a nice part of the city. I enjoyed the choice of breakfast items and eating outside on the terrace. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. There are renovations going on but not disruptive, noise wise. Just a little grumble about the foam chip pillow. The hotel was in walking distance of the downtown shopping area. There are also a choice of 3 buses from a stop just outside of the hotel. All 3 buses go to the main train station.

The room was so so so warm! No aircon, which we didn't notice during booking. 4 people in a small room on a warm summer night, was almost too much. Also the extra bed (for the kids - 8 and 10 years old), was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel was at a very nice location, close to a cool area with a lot of dining options. The hotel was clean and nice and the breakfast was good.

This is a 4 Star hotel in Germany, but there are no Air condition in the rooms! We were 16 people and were very disappointed about this on a 4 Star hotel in Germany! Plus, since there are no Air condition in the room, we end up opening the windows and there were lots of noise from outside till 3AM in the morning due to people partying outside! This is very frustrating to see this in Germany! People are smoking right on the main entrance and don’t care that there are people walking into the hotel!

Als das Hotel in den 80er Jahren gebaut wurde war es bestimmt ein Traum. Leider ist es größtenteils auf diesem Stand stehen geblieben. Überall alter ekliger Teppich, ein 20 Jahre alter "Flachbild" Fernseher im DIN A4 Format im Zimmer und ein Geruch wie im Altersheim. Wenn ein Frühstück 21 € kostet erwarte ich alles was man sich so zum Frühstück vorstellen kann, es fehlte aber eigentlich an allen Ecken. Umbuchung Tage vorher war nicht möglich. Ich kann nur abraten.
