Lovely Beach Club Cottage

Beautifully decorated and well-appointed cottage. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!! The pool was a great bonus along with the extra twin beds in the bonus room downstairs. I would highly recommend this cottage! Always enjoy our times at the Beach Club!

Location was fantastic close to the beach and spacious. Our issues were related to cleanliness and critters. The carpeting throughout the house was vey dirty and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed in a while. Lots of spots and stains. We had millipedes throughout the bottom floor - we would find approximately 20 each day crawling in the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedroom. We saw rats while walking around the resort (scurrying on sidewalks) and had rats on our back patio. They chewed into a bag we left on the back patio and left large droppings on the table and patio floor. We didn’t know how to navigate this and didn’t realize the rodents were there until the last two days. I think with the properties around the pond areas causes all of this. There were also many Florida soft shell turtles in the pond that crawl up into the yards looking for food. It was the weirdest stay we’ve ever experienced. We just enjoyed it the best we could. The resort was beautiful but we’d never rent a cottage there again, nor recommend it. .

Excellent spot

This house was overkill size wise for our family of four, but the amenities and location were what we wanted. This spot did not disappoint. We felt very safe and enjoyed the quiet and relaxed nature of the neighborhood. We put a special request in for no air freshener or candles due to allergies and we didn't smell or find anything. The house smelled fresh and very clean when we arrived. The property management company Liquid Life was easy to work with and very responsive to questions we had. They were able to get us a new door code when the original one did not work. We will be returning and spending more time in the future.
