Updated upstairs duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Ideal location with views of the lagoon from the outside deck. Enjoy the breeze while outside enjoying coffee or soaking up the sun. Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!
***Note: This property is a duplex. This listing is for the UPSTAIRS private unit. The downstairs unit may be rented separately or will be occupied by another guest.

Nice spacious house, easy parking, not far from all the gulfshores hotspots. Only complaint was the pullout sofa bed was a bit rough to sleep on, but cant complain much about a sofa bed. Other beds were very comfy.

Chipped deck lagoon and beach

The deck and yard should not be walked on without shoes. Lots of sand burrs. Flooring was filthy thru-out entire apartment. I don't think it has been mopped or cleaned for awhile. Simple, nice decorations appreciated the washer and dryer.

It was a great house for the price! Bathrooms could use shelves above the toilet s for towels..the toilets themselves are very small. There are lots of stickers in the yard. Other than that, the rooms are huge, it's everything you need and the beds are comfortable! Great location for a great price! Loved Gulf Shores - will be back!
