cute condo, very clean

nice little condo, very easy processwould have liked better if wifi was working, couldnt stream, also would have loved just a few basics, some beach towels, a first serving of coffee, etcotherwise everything was grwat.

Impeccably clean

Our stay was great. The views from the penthouse have exceeded any view Ive ever gotten to enjoy in Gulf Shores. The place is newly updated and was so impeccably clean that we felt like the first tenants. It was a very comfortable stay, and we will definitely bookmark this unit for future adventures!

Perfect Beach Rental!

My wife and I had an amazing time during our stay. The penthouse was absolutely perfect in every way. All of the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was spectacular with an amazing view of the beach and The Gulf. The balcony was very spacious as well. A great place to eat a meal or relax with a drink. The property is only steps from the beach. It was very easy to go back and forth between the beach and the penthouse. The beach itself was beautiful. Parking was always available outside of the property. The general location was great. It was only a short drive to many local restaurants, grocery stores and retail stores. We did not have any issues at all. We had a few small questions, and the property owner was very responsive. This was truly a fantastic rental experience. One of the best beach vacations my wife and I have ever experienced.

Perfect location

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, perfect size for us (3 people) and the location was outstanding!! It was convenient to restaurants and the grocery; the walk to the beach and pool were short enough we could make trips back and forth to the room throughout the day without stress. The elevator and parking also super convenient. Highly recommend!!

So much more!

This PENTHOUSE condo was superb! The decor was very tasteful and the cleanliness was on point. There was plenty of space and linens for my family of five. The balcony was spacious and the view was expansive! We had zero complaints with our accommodations. Literally IDENTICAL to the pictures! The overall property is convenient and well kept - beach and pool included. We loved the seperate mini children’s pool for our girls. We didn’t get a chance to use the other amenities, but the area on the 3rd floor that had everything was very cool with AC. The security was friendly and they had luggage carts readily available for use. The elevators were fast (the unit is 3 floors from the top!) and there was ample parking. Lastly, our host, Deana was super sweet and checked in, which I appreciated. Long story short - We WILL be back!

Room is very nice and clean. Has everything you need for a stay. Fantastic view of the beach. The area is very quiet and isnt too busy. Just a few minutes from the best restaurants and stores. Will be back for sure.

Great Stay

Just as the pictures look, the condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed as well. The view was gorgeous from the penthouse floor. And the keyless entry made checking in and out a breeze. The owner and manager were both so nice to speak with as well. Definitely will be staying again if i get the chance.

Total relaxation

My husband and I have been coming to Gulf Shores for several years. This condominium was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well outfitted and the deck had a nice table and chairs. We love to eat breakfast on the deck. Island Royale is perfectly located on the beach. Deana, the hostess, responded immediately when we had an issue with the door code. We plan on coming back next year!
