Door from bedroom to balcony would not unlock.

Condo was clean and had everything needed. Couch was very uncomfortable. Unit was smaller than we are use to. Balcony was too small.

Awesome condo!

We enjoyed our visit at this condo! It was very clean! Comfortable, soft beds! Great location bring at the end of the building. The only issue was the ice maker didn’t work. Beautiful view from the balcony and a table to eating meals!

Not clean

We had to clean it before we stayed, balcony door and glass Sliding door knobs were broken. Mildew was on on the balcony as well as backdoor. Room was musty and not sanitized.

Place was wonderful, great kitchen accommodations, very clean upon arrival, wonderful view, shower had great water pressure and very spacious, televisions in both bedrooms and living room, king bed was very comfortable, great washer and dryer in the condo. Would easily stay again at this property in the future

Amazing location. Needed dishtowels for kitchen. Looked at 2nd floor unit but they booked me on the 6th floor. Quiet stay! Would recommend.

Pictures need updating

The overall stay was very nice but the unit itself needs some work. The pictures online are not how the unit looks. Some of the walls and furniture are damaged. But if you’re looking for a great view and comfortable place to stay this is it.

Not what was expected

Condo is dirty & outdated, paint color swatches on wall. cleaning crew had to be called to come in after we arrived because of the condition of the unit. both bathroom sinks drain slow, entire building is old which is not a problem in itself, but it needs to be remodeled and clean. Elevators inspection are out of date. Outdoor grill is rusted out, outdoor shower is falling apart. it is a great location that this entire unit the condos is way below standard. We talked to several people that were renting other units there and everyone felt the same way.

Disappointed with the Cleanliness

There was a used paper towel or tissue behind the lamp next to the door in the living room. There was a large hold in the master bedroom wall that was quite an eye sore. Had we stayed more than one night, I would have DEFINITELY had a bigger problem with the hole.

Wow!!!

Like most folks that read reviews before they book, something, just like you are now, we read several reviews on this property, and decided to take a leap. I’m so glad we did! Yes there were paint patching on the walls in spaces but that tells me two things number one, that they are improving and constantly updating and number two, this room stays so booked that they did not have time to paint it. The location is fantastic, the top floor gives a great view and sound of the ocean, the elevator was super fast, and if you don’t want to wait, there are three stairway areas to get you to your floor. Everybody was very quiet, unlike those big, huge condo buildings. We were not waiting 30 minutes for an elevator, it was fantastic! There is a Keurig coffee machine in the condo and it will handle the pods or you can go with ground coffee/drip basket. Kitchen had all the utensils, and everything that we needed for our stay. Water is super hot in both showers and the master bedroom bed was incredible! We have already recommended this condo to close friends of ours and we are looking forward to another booking with 6H!

maintenance

We did not receive any knowledge of repairs that were being done while we were there. The place was completely pulled apart. We were not even able to stay there, had to leave. No warning just knocked on our door at 8 am. Have pictures. contacted them in regard to this and reimbursement for that day and inconvenience. Responded that they would compensate us and would get back to us. Never heard from them. Probably won't go through VRBO with Vacasa.

Loved this place!!

Enjoyed the view! We loved sitting on balcony, eating breakfast and enjoying the view! It had everything that was in the description. Only negative, the outside door was hard to close! And no hairdryer!

Terrific although wifi instructions were incorrect

I mentioned this to one of the owners/managers: the wifi was an issue because the welcome email with instructions said it was an unsecured network (but it was secured). Therefore, we had no password to enter. I had to do a lengthy call with the cable company. It seems things were transitioned to a secured network recently (a month ago) and I was surprised the welcome email hadn't been adjusted yet. Otherwise, everything was great and we wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you!

Clean, but dated

The condo was very clean. We lived the view of the ocean. The complex was very quiet. The bedrooms could use some updating. We didn’t sleep well because the beds were very hard.

Happy place!

Condo was very inviting and accommodating- beds slept well - great shower in master. Place was walking distance of the Shrimp Festival. Great eateries all around. Thoroughly enjoyed - would definitely return

Could be better

We would have given this a 5 stars but when we arrived it was not clean. There was someone else’s long brown hair in the shower drain, glass cups with grime inside, and someone else’s trash behind one of the chairs. Location made it worth it.
