Our family had a great stay. It’s a nice condo that was supplied with everything we needed. The beds were cozy and it was very clean. It has a great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach.

The perfect spot

Everything was as listed and the location was perfect. Right on the beach and right in the middle of everything. My kids loved the splash pad.

Penthouse 7

Great views on the 20th floor. Lots or room in this 3bed 3 bath condo. Comfortable furniture in decent condition. Enough kitchen stuff (bring your own k cup machine). Master bedroom excellent views, one of the back bedrooms had a nice view of lagoon side. All rooms were well sized. Overall good condition considering the area and price point. New deck furniture was nice. We have stayed in many over the past years, and this was the nicest by far in the price range. Elevators were fast and never more than a minute or to wait. Condo community was well maintained and friendly. Fitness facility was outstanding. They even had a beach toy/chair share box what a great idea. Managment company was quick to respond. Location is close to all the tourist activity.

Beautiful property, but check in was not

Once we got into the property it was wonderful. But the keycode wouldnt work and we had to get maintenance to let us in. We checked in on Christmas which i understand there are limited resources, but standing outside the place with all of our luggage wait for a response back was very frustrating.After the mess it was all wonderful.

The unit was as described. The washer and refrigerator were not working upon arrival, but the Liquid Life Team and Randy made sure all needs were met, and the broken equipment was replaced promptly during the stay.

Solid place

The property managers were very nice. Our door code didn’t work and it did take an hour to get that straightened out but they were very attentive. Its was overly clean, but wasn’t dirty. We did find receipts from a few months back (little kids find it all), so they could clean a little better, but it was clean enough to stay. Location is fantastic, splash pad is great and being right on the beach is awesome. I would stay again, it does its job. Third bedroom we didn’t use, but it is VERY tiny, and beds were comfort.

Everything broken or dirty

The washing machine, ice maker, garbage disposal and toaster were broken. The drain in the bathtub didn’t work. The sliding door to the balcony was stuck for first two days until we finally got it to open. There is a small hole in the wall in main room. The picture is very deceiving. Makes the main room look bigger. Third room is tiny and can’t even put any clothing away. All in all, it was a terrible place to stay.

IDEAL HOME AWAY FROM HOME

There was nothing lacking to make this an ideal place to enjoy days of being right on the gulf in a comfortable, roomy environment. It was quiet and near great restaurants and a fully equipped kitchen if we preferred to eat in at times.

Relaxing

This condo was perfect for our little family. It was clean, and had comfortable beds! I give it a 5 star rating but there are things that I feel could be improved. They only provide 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 paper towel/ toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 trash bag. Thankfully we packed lots of all the necessities but it would be nice for them to provide at least 2 of everything. We will be returning customers for sure!

Great place to stay

Perfect location Right on the beach. Walking distance to lots of shops and places to eat. Clean. Nice space for 3 adults and 3 kids under 10. Had plenty of room. Couch is a little worn but overall would stay here again!

Nice View but Needs some updates

Loved loved the location. The view and area was perfect. Nice condo but needs updated furniture. My mother went with us on this trip and couldn’t sit on the couch as it pretty much drops you to the ground once you sit on it. It needs replaced very bad. Elevators were super slow but not a huge issue. We did wait around 20 minutes for one at one point. Kitchen is nicely stocked with most needs. You will need trash bags and coffee filters. Kitchen is updated and lovely. Mattresses were also extremely soft and could use updating. Wi-Fi didn’t work for us but we didn’t have them address it. The company was very receptive to any needs! Overall a good stay. We may come back but pick a different condo within the Seawind that is more updated.

Great stay at beach with family

The condo was great. Beds were comfortable and master closet was big enough for baby’s pack n play bed to fit. The only suggestion we would have is that the couch needs upgrading. It was fine to sit on but could probably use an upgrade soon. But we really enjoyed our stay and everything about the condo overall.

Simply Amazing

Everything was great. The location, views, bedding, etc. Sleeper sofa was a little rough but the kids just put the mattress down on the floor. 4th time in gulf shores and this was our favorite spot to date. 4 adults and 4 teenage kids had plenty of space.
