Summerscape es una hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicada directamente frente al Golfo. Esta casa de 2 niveles ofrece un fabuloso plano de planta que cuenta con 2 habitaciones en el nivel principal y 2 habitaciones ubicadas arriba. ¡Una de las mejores cosas del Summerscape es que no hay peleas sobre quién tiene la habitación con vista! Las 4 habitaciones dan al Golfo y tienen su propia entrada privada a las maravillosas cubiertas. ¡Disfruta de hermosos muebles, una cocina bien equipada y vistas en abundancia en Summerscape! Se alquila de sábado a sábado durante las temporadas principales a menos que el calendario ya esté dividido o el propietario solicite la hora solicitada.

Very comfortable home, loved being right on the beach. Had trouble with the heat (cold front came in) and maintenance was there in 10 minutes to fix it. The game room was fun too!

House is in a wonderful location, with beautiful views and just a short walk to the beach. A fun time was had by all. Kitchen is well supplied. The house is spacious. Just wasn't the cleanest.

Great pet friendly house

We had a great week at this property! The house was even more spacious than the pictures show. We cook a lot and the kitchen was well stocked, other than wine glasses:) We brought our Golden Retriever and the house was perfect for him! As others have said there are a few soft spots in the floor but it’s not a big deal. We really loved the screened porch and spent a lot of time there. The only downside was having to walk over the sand dune to get to the beach but we brought 2 kids plastic sleds to pull our stuff through the sand and that worked very well. Overall great house!

Not what it appears

Pros: location and space Cons: House had not been cleaned well. We had toddlers crawling on the floors, and it was necessary that we mop before they could get down. Master bed had dog hair on the comforter and sheets. Had to wash. The ceiling between kitchen and living room leaked during a storm. There was mold growing on the ceiling. (This was mentioned in a March ‘24 review, but nothing appears to have been done). Drawers in bedrooms did not stay on tracks making them difficult to open and close. Bedroom closet door in second main level bedroom had rusted and bent track making it extremely difficult to close. Floors had soft spots in them that appeared as though the sub floor was rotting. Railing on screen porch was loose and blew back and forth in the wind. Definitely a safety hazard with young children. Screen porch rug was buried in sand. This house has a lot of potential, but recent renovations seem to have covered problems rather than fix them. We do not recommend this property and will not rent again.

First time...GREAT time

Girlfriend trip first time to Gulf Shores. The house was right on the beach and the screen porch was perfect! The house was very clean and we were able to check in a couple hours early which was great too. Four bedrooms all had ocean view. Wonderful time and Reed Real Estate was delightful to work with.

Pros: Beautiful location! Right on the beach. It was dog friendly. Loved the screened in porch. Plenty of room for my family of 7. Every bedroom had its own tv which was great. There were tons of buckets, shovels, and boogy boards for us to use. Each bedroom had its own outdoor sitting area facing the ocean which was amazing! Cons: Could’ve been cleaner. One of the bath towels had a blood stain on it. Whether or not it had been washed doesn’t matter. When a towel has a stain on it, you throw it away. No renter wants to use that. The whole place could use a really good scrub. Parts of the flooring in living area and dining area were soft and sagging. There was a musty smell. Mold on parts of the ceiling by vents. Unfortunate because it is such a great spot. I will definitely be back to fort Morgan but would prob not stay here again unless the house got a little TLC.

Perfect location

Great house and perfect location. Had an issue with the tvs but Nolan came out same day we called and fixed the internet so smart tv would work but went out again on last day we were there. Had an issue with the bunk bed room. My daughters wanted to sleep in there but when they pulled back the comforter there was hair and ice cream sprinkles everywhere on the bed so obviously that room wasn’t cleaned. I washed the sheets and put back on but later that night there was a huge 2 inch roach crawling on the bunk bed rail next to my daughter’s head so they didn’t want to stay in there. Talked to someone at Reed about it and they said they would have someone spray but no one ever came. So a little disappointed about that.

Definitely a good choice

This home was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a deck from each bedroom for great views of the ocean and wonderful sunsets. We enjoyed our stay and will perhaps bring our whole family back another year!

We had a good stay here. The house keeping could of been a bit better. Floor dust bunnies in several areas. The house is right on beach and other than that the key pad would not wrk right but we called and they gave us another code. Not a huge fan of having to stop by a office and round up info. Thankfully it was right on the way.

Family Vacation

We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. House was right on the Gulf with spectacular views of the sunrises and sunsets from every room in the house. Just steps to the white sand beach for daily walks and a short walk to Tacky Jacks for food and drinks. We would rent this house again when we return for another vacation to the Gulf Shores.Thanks again for making our vacation one to remember.

Family vacation

House was spacious and clean. We loved the screened in porch. Beach views were great! Check was super easy. Location is out of the way. Great if you are looking for beach vacation. Cons: no close places to eat. Must drive to town to shop or eat.

Family Vacation 2022

The location and the house are great! There was a smoke detector upstairs I had to unplug because it kept beeping. The batteries need to be changed periodically. The one in the dining area didn’t even have a battery. As far as bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for our family. This was the second year we’ve rented this house. The only thing, at one time it was pet friendly and now it’s not. We had hoped we could bring our dog, but couldn’t. If we do a family vacation again, and all the family comes, we would definitely think about renting this house again. Thanks!

Family vacation
