Perfect for us!!

Very nice condo that was stocked with EVERYTHING needed for our group of 15. Even had an extra ice machine in the condo for drinks that was very convenient. Love the location and ease of getting to and from the beach. Cant say enough good about how nice this place was. A little splash area for small kids would be nice but we managed with the nice indoor/outdoor pool. Only 2 parking spaces for 4 family groups was a little inconvenient but we were able to pay for parking across the street. Would LOVE to come back!!

Perfect place

We had our children and 2 infant grands and this couldn’t have been a more perfect place. Tons of room, comfy, and beautiful. We will stay at the Oceania every time.

Great place for family or a group of feinds

The view is amazing. 90 degree view of the beach. We were on the 2nd floor so couldn’t see the complete sunset but totally worth it. When the wind was blowing you could go around the corner of the patio and it was wonderful. When you wanted sun, the front of the patio was perfect. The refrigerator was not operating properly and the hosts had someone out within the hour to fix it. Highly recommend this property. If you want a lot of space and tons of sleeping options, you should book. The only negative is that there is one large bathroom. The 3 off the other 3 bedrooms are one sink and small. But 5 stars.

Best place ever stayed!

We loved everything about the property. Kitchen had excellent appliances, variety of cooking utensils, plenty of ceramic dishes, glassware and silverware. Beds were comfortable. Towels were nice. Favorite part was view of the gulf, second favorite was the extra wide hallway. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to move about comfortably, which was a must in my book! No complaints here.

Very nice condo

The only complaint about these condos is they only give you 2 keys. When you have a large group ad we did you can’t do much with only two keys. I did request more keys later in the stay and the condo accomodated by giving us two more. That was much better; I just wished I had asked sooner.

You need stove ventilation. Every time we use the stove it just blows smoke back into the condo. Then the a/c blows it into all rooms.
