Book it for three days, The room was great and clean, looks like very maintained. The staff were very nice and also the service. They even came every hour to reset my parasol... Breakfast was super good. The restaurant was very good but expensive

I have never been in Koh Samui for more than 8 years and this is the first time for my mom to be in Koh Samui. I chose to stay in Bo Phut area as per my Friend suggestion. I chose this place because it is listed in SLH and read comments from TripAdvisor. I know it is a small hotel but let’s try. On the first day, there are welcome garland and drink and I got room upgraded to be in Garden Villa. The room is spacious, cosy and clean. We had dinner at the hotel on a la carte and meals are yummy. In the morning, we had breakfast and could order a small portion as per listed. On the second day, I could notice that the staffs can remember guests’ preference like table and coffee! This is beyond my expectation especially the table where I used to sit yesterday. The pool is not big but ok for me. The beach area is quiet and nice for relax. Overall, I will recommend to my friends and may return if I come back to Koh Samui again. My mom loves here as well...

I can't say enough good things about this resort! The main reason for our visit to the resort was my best friend's wedding and right from our arrival until we left, we were treated so well. Aoomiie was the bride and groom's wedding manager and she made everything run so smoothly. The day of the wedding she was very attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The resort couldn't have had a better representative! Any other staff that we spoke to were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was always a delight to see our favorite waiters and waitresses! Arrangements were easily made for my husband and I to enjoy the local golf course and the resort's spa. The couples massage was amazing and very tranquil, we wish we would have taken more advantage of the facility. The resort grounds and beach were very clean and the restaurant's food was delicious. We were very sad to leave! Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

We stayed as part of our honeymoon trip and the service we got was fantastic. I think that's normal for everyone, not just honeymooners. The room was fantastic - a garden villa room - and was very close to the pool, beach and the bar/restaurant. The A/C was a little noisy though I really enjoyed the breakfasts, but I wouldn't recommend the evening meals as they are just simply way overpriced when you compare to some of the great food options in fisherman's village. The quality is maybe in the attentive service, but the food itself was pretty underwhelming. There was a bit too much reserving of sunbeds as well. I guess that happens everywhere though! They do, however, offer free access (on a first-come-first-served basis) to basic watersports (eg windsurfing, canoes etc) and that was very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone to stay here but you should be prepared to walk for your dinner (to get better quality/value) and accept that being on the north of the island you lose the sun quite early in the afternoon (approx. 4-4.30 pm)

The title of the review pretty much sums up how incredible this hotel is, we were blown away and completely enamoured with everything about it. To start, we had arranged (return) airport transfers with the hotel at a very reasonable cost of €30. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed like royalty. Draped with floral bracelets and ushered to sit in the most incredible lobby I have ever seen- if this hasn't won awards, it should. The lobby is also spectacular at night time. Upon seating, you are given a refreshing welcome drink and a cool towel to refresh your face, which after 14 hours of travelling was very welcome. Our luggage was taken directly to our room while Poonim (apologies if I spelt this incorrectly), one of the incredible receptionists showed us around the grounds of this fabulous boutique hotel. The landscaped gardens were immaculate and led down to the pool area. The pool area, though not the biggest, was certainly like something out of a dream. The beach was also on the doorstep of the hotel. The team at the pool were incredibly attentive, catering to your every whim from drinks service, towels and to moving your umbrella. The poolside restaurant was also where breakfast was served each morning. Breakfast consisted of anything and everything and catered to every taste. From omelettes and pancakes to fruit, cheese plates, charcuteries and fried rice, the selection did not disappoint. Eat, Natty & Mart are just of the exceptional staff members that work in the poolside restaurant who again, will cater to your every whim. Our room. Ok, so our room (or our home as we were informed by the lovely Poonim) was incredible. We had chosen to go for the Deluxe Room with Hot Tub on the balcony and it did not disappoint. Decorated in lovely Thai design, the room was extremely spacious with lovely king-size bed, large screen TV, mini bar (at a very reasonable extra cost), complimentary water, gorgeous shower and bathroom facilities and incredible bathroom amenities such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, shaving kits, toothbrush sets, razor sets and emery board. The room was serviced at least twice daily and a daily turn-down service was immaculate from the mood lighting to the citrus incense that burned in the bathroom. Ms Ta, our housekeeper was an absolute perfectionist and this clearly showed in the attention she gave our room- faultless. The spa at the Bo Phut is also a fabulous addition to this complex. As we were here for 10 days, we decided to dedicate one one of the afternoons to some R&R. We opted for the spa's 'Harmony Package' which consisted of a 40 minute soak & steam followed by a 40 minute body scrub. This then culminated in a 90 minute aromatherapy massage which left us feeling incredibly relaxed. Just to give some context on price for this package. In Ireland, what we received would have cost approximately €500, if not more for a couple in a spa of Bo Phut's standard. In Bo Phut, we paid €200 for our spa day and it was worth every penny. The team in the spa were extremely professional and incredibly attentive and friendly and this was a highlight of our trip. The hotel is also located about a ten minute walk from the fisherman village of Bo Phut which has a variety of bars, restaurants, shops and markets so the convenient location of this hotel make it another winner. Set in paradise and with a team of some of the friendliest people on earth, this hotel has been the best hotel I have ever stayed in to date and it will take something extremely special to change that. If you are going to Samui, do yourself a favour and book this hotel, you will not regret it!!

This place is so peaceful and tranquil. The resort has two restaurants which allows you an amazing choice as well as a beautiful pool area and an incredible spa! This hotel is an incredible place to stay for a peaceful relaxing retreat.

This resort just won our hearts with their exceptional service! The location, the rooms everything was perfect. A special shoutout to their housekeeping staff who literally cleaned the room each time we stepped out, amazing amazing hospitality!

We stayed with two young adults of 17 and 19 for ten days of relaxation as part of an extended Thailand/Singapore trip. The hotel gave us a wonderful welcome with beating gongs and refreshments and the staff were always courteous and polite. Overall it was a lovely stay with the location, next to the fishermans village of Bophut, perfect as we were bed and breakfast only and there were loads of eating options locally. Within minutes there were shops, cafes and restaurants which were welcoming and good value. The night markets were really good fun. The hotel was a little busy by the pool but there was always space on beach. Breakfast was also a little bit of a bun-fight but it was busy-season after all. The gardens were so pretty and our hotel rooms has lovely quiet garden-facing balconies. Overall, a great ten days but not sure if I would return to this particular hotel.... maybe try somewhere different next time.

everything about this place is just perfect. the place is beautiful, clean and pleasant. the staff is friendly and the energy at this place is great! the food at the restaurant and service was very good as well. we would love to come again!

We have just completed an 8 day stay at this hotel and having stayed along the same stretch of beach for the last 2 years (in different hotels) this is without doubt the best hotel in the area. Having visited Thailand many times, we are use to Thai hospitality and what to expect. We arrived at the hotel at 9am in the morning to find that by 9.30am our room was ready.. supurb. We found all staff eager to help and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and with an evening turn down service, this was were you notice those little extras that distinguishes good hotels from great hotels. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are all at the beach side restuarant with the individual Thai Restaurant well worth a visit during your stay. The food was excellent with a good choice for breakfast. The pool area was looked after by the pool boys who were at your chosen beds as soon as they saw you arrive with towels and to arrange your parasol. There was no mad rush for beds and plenty of room for all. If you needed any drinks during the day, just wave a hand and the waiters are with you within seconds to take your order - excellent service from all. We found walking along the beach (10 mins) to Fishermans Village with it's shops, bars and resturants ideal for the evenings with market days on both Fridays & Mondays. We had no issues at all with the hotel and can't really recommend this hotel enough. We would definitely return in the future.
