Loved the pool!

Comfortable stay, the covered pool was amazingly perfect for unpredictable spring days. Had some minor issues that were addressed promptly. We’d come back!

New Years 2025

AMAZING Stay! Everything about the home, especially the Heated Pool was fantastic. Kids LOVED it!! Our Family of 4 recommends this place. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and friendly. Gulf Breeze is very nice. On NYE, we watched a professional fireworks show right out the front door hosted by the golf course. We would love to come back.The mostly enclosed pool allowed us to enjoy the heated pool as it was chilly outside. That pool is a Game Changer.

Weekend visit

Pensacola trip

My wife, daughter, and some of their friends spent the long weekend as a girls getaway. I went along as their chauffeur 😀 but otherwise left them alone! They all had a great time. The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised and communication with Donna was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the trip very much, there was plenty of room, and sitting out on the dock watching the water was a great way to enjoy morning coffee!

Beautiful Home!!

I visit the area quite often, at least a few times a year. This was one of the best rentals I have stayed at. The location is great. The view is very nice of the pool and the canal. The home was very clean and well organized. The rooms were all nicely sized with plenty of room for our group of 10. I will definitely rent again and will highly recommend this rental.

Amazing stay

This home is beautiful and a great place for a Florida family vacation. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the tourist places. The pool and dock for fishing is a great addition to this well set up home. This will be a place I will use for our future family vacations.

Family Getaway

We are a dairy farm family of 6 from Iowa getting away for quality family time and relaxation. We loved the pool and quiet community for unlimited dining and beach opportunities. The house was a dream with a quiet dock and an amazing pool. The temps were lower (50’s) and we still enjoyed the pool with the doors closed. Sitting at the high top table with the fire pit was a bonus. We also enjoyed watching movies each night as a family in the cozy living room.

Great location. Great home not any suggestions can I add to make it better. Plenty of room to visit with family. Very impressed with linens…I have stayed places where there would be 4 washcloths and 1 towel a piece for a place that sleeps 8. This home was nicely supplied even pool towels. Host very attentive.

Gulf Breeze Beauty

What can’t I possibly say about this home we rented. Absolutely beautiful, comforting and clean in a beautiful quiet neighborhood centrally located to a multitude of beaches, historical sights, local restaurants, shopping and all the beauty the Emerald Coast has to offer. We are a family of 6 and it had more than sufficient room to accommodate us. Donna who was our point of contact was hands down an excellent host. Any questions we had she addressed in addition to the info she provided to us about local happenings which was invaluable. Best we’ve had yet! Do yourself a favor and take full advantage of all this rental has to offer. Rent a pontoon from Charlie at Pensacola Pontoons. Hit Destin Beach, Pensacola Beach and Florabama and don’t forget the National Naval Aviation Museum. Take your pontoon to Sand Island and watch the Blue Angels fly a practice show. Definitely something not to miss, then get lunch at Flounders via your pontoon in Pensacola. Don’t forget to get Bushwacker drink from there. Best one around!!! Live, Love,Laugh, Enjoy!!!!

Wonderful holiday house

We loved our stay at this property! Everything was fresh and clean! House was bright and open and perfectly furnished and decorated. There were plenty of comfortable seating areas for everyone to either sit together or to spread out into smaller groups. The outdoor area was amazing! The pool is bigger than it looked online and it’s super deep at one end. Our kids loved as did the adults! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back next July for sure!!

Wonderful property! Awesome communication with property manager!

This house is beautiful and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool is amazing! Location is good, close to beach and about 30 minutes from the Naval Base if that’s what you are in town for. Property manager was very helpful and responsive during the entire process. Would definitely recommend!

Great house

Loved the house. It was perfect for children of all ages. The roof over the pool made swimming so much more enjoyable. No worrying about sunscreen and storms. Just an FYI for the boaters, the lift cradle has been removed so you’ll have to keep your boat in the water. Perfect dock for boarding and cleaning.

Amazing Florida property!

This home was amazing and perfect for our families! We all enjoyed the pool and patio area nightly. It was incredibly clean and the property owner and her assistant were friendly and attentive! We will be back and would absolutely recommend this beautiful home to others!

Perfect House and Wonderful Stay

The layout and setup of the property was even better than we expected. The back deck with the pool and canal view were incredibly convenient and perfect for relaxing with the family. Accommodations were perfect and Donna was incredibly responsive and helpful. Will stay here again if ever back in the area!

Visiting family

We visited for an extended weekend to visit family who live in the area. We had mostly adults and a 4 year-old child. The house and pool are amazing and the location is great. My only complaint is that the house is not stocked with enough pillows, blankets, dishes, paper towels, etc. The property manager mentioned that a "starting" supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags were provided, but the rest was up to us to bring or buy. I personally feel that with the cost of the house those should be provided for the length of the stay. Other than that, the house was great. The deck and pool were sooooo great and my favorite part of the house.
