Upon waking, go to the lounge or dining room to savour a good cup of coffee whilst admiring the horizon. Then, you will only need to cross the street to swim at the beach or simply enjoy long walks on the sand. Its garden and balcony will also allow you to enjoy the sea air on fine days. You will love spending time there for sunbathing or enjoying good barbecues.

The house is particularly ideal for large families with children: a play park is located just opposite.



The house has two fully furnished floors. It is equipped with a kitchen - a dining room and a living room on each of these levels. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen with a large dining table, overlooking a cosy living room, ideal for a moment of calm. On this same floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath-shower. This space offers a complete and peaceful place, ideal for a couple.



On the upper floor, you will discover a second fully equipped kitchen (independent induction kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster and kettle). You will be able to prepare your specialities there. You can enjoy your meals in the lounge-dining room whilst taking in the beautiful ocean view. This living space opens onto the balcony, a suspended space offering a privileged view. On this same floor, you will find the second bedroom with a double bed also benefiting from a sea view, as well as a shower room and toilet facilities.



Finally, on the top floor, you will discover the last two bedrooms. The first will be ideal for children with two bunk beds and a single bed, whilst the last one has a double bed and a single bed. This floor also includes a bathroom with shower for maximum comfort, as well as a desk area for those who wish to work from home.



To complete the rental, you have two outdoor parking spaces in the garden.



For even more convenience, the accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a hair dryer and a barbecue.
