A typical salt worker's house, adjoining the owners' house, is quietly located near the salt marshes, 2 km from the Guérande ramparts, 5 km from the beaches, and 7 km from La Baule and the Côte Sauvage. Charming, semi-enclosed 300 m² garden (south-facing) with a zip line. Bicycle storage.
Ground floor: living room (wood stove) opening onto a fitted kitchen, dining room (2 steps), and shower room/WC (1 step).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 3 90x190 beds including 2 bunk beds, 3: 2 80x190 beds that can be joined) and bathroom/WC.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, TV with Canal+ access, DVD player, complete baby equipment, and shared tumble dryer upon request. Not included: Electric heating, electricity, wood, sheets, towels, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business customers (€140).
Children's playground 200m away with ping-pong, soccer, and pétanque. Rentals are available Friday to Friday in July and August.
