Nous avons réservé cet hébergement en novembre 2024 et contacté la propriétaire à ce moment-là, pour le week-end du 12 au 15 juillet. Malgré une confirmation reçue 10 jours avant, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir que "notre gite" était occupé par un groupe de 10 personnes qui avait également une réservation pour ce même week-end (ils l'avaient réservé en mars 2025). Le "concierge" sur place n'a pas trouvé trace de notre réservation... nous avons appelé Abritel qui, faute de pouvoir résoudre le problème, nous a proposé de nous verser le surcoût éventuel d'un autre hébergement, hébergement à trouver par nos propres moyens pour le soir même. Nous avons recherché immédiatement (il était 17 heures environ) et trouvé une opportunité via la plateforme airBNB, mais dont le montant s'élevait au double de notre prix initial (1273.84 vs 645.72). Entre temps ABRITEL nous a envoyé un mail qui précisait que le remboursement du surcoût était conditionné par le fait de passer par des plateformes partenaires, ou un hôtel. Mais nous avions déjà conclu ... Quoi qu'il en soit, nous sommes furieux de la gestion désastreuse de notre réservation qui a gâché nos vacances, et exigeons le règlement du surcoût indiqué ci-dessus.
