Good hotel for business travel. Friendly and engaging staff. Clean and comfortable room Good selection for breakfast.

Newly renovated bathroom, everything else has a very strong mildew smell. Did not try the wifi, large breakfast buffet with spam meats, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and soggy breads. Very friendly staff.

Everything good, the breakfast good. No good price of water, I bought 2 small butter waters and paid $3.78, it is very very expensive. But everything ok.

We took three rooms for family members. All rooms were clean and nice. Hotel staff helpful, but their English was a little rough. Location is very close to the Malecon 2000,

The best staff, customer care and clean simple room. Very happy. This was my second stay here. The staff can't do enough for you. This location is close to the Malecon and reasonable (cheap) taxi distance to any major restaurant or attraction. This is an older hotel but very clean and professional.

This was a great hotel! The property has been remodeled and the hotel has made every effort to update all of the comforts. The room has sound proof windows. The bathroom is nice. And the bedroom even has the more modern "flat" tv. The value of what we paid was great compared to what we got for it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Guayaquil.

The hotel staff is so friendly and professional. They are ready to help at any time and with any inquiry. They called safe clean taxi for you and make sure you are safe at all times. We were going to spend three months in Ecuador so they even helped us to find a place to live in Guayaquil. The room are sparkling clean, the bed linen is immaculate, really good value. Highly recommend for everyone going through Guayaquil.

To start with the staff was wonderful, very professional and always willing to help. We had arrived during Christmas and it turned out some of the best museums in the city were closed so the staff was quick to point out other options for our visit. Our room was very comfortable, the bed was like heaven for SA and wifi worked without problem. Location is excellent and the breakfast buffet good with many options. Our thanks to Hotel Palace Guayaquil for a great stay.

a dated hotel, very clean, located right in "not the best" down town area in Guayaquil, with lots of second hand stores around and dangerous to be outside after sunset. Very friendly staff.

Perfect for work and fun in Guayaquil, in the downtown area.

A high standard of service, immaculate rooms. If you're spending a night or two in Guayaquil, I'd recommend without reservation. A couple of blocks from the Malecon and the main shopping center.

Hotel is in a good central location. Had a couple of issues with the room, however, the staff solved the problems very quickly. The customer service at this hotel is outstanding. I would recommend it.

The air conditioner made a lot of noise, it's really old and the street where the hotel is located has a lot of noise at night, even when I spend a Monday night... It wasn't a nice night.

Great location, breakfast is big with lots of options, and hotel personnel are very attentive.

The food in their restaurant was wonderful.. Try the salad with the sesame seed chicken. Wow! The breakfast was excellent and the staff helped me with a van to Cuenca. I had 14 suitcases and it cost $90.00. They were prompt and courteous. Will go back again... Thank you.

very nice hotel. all it need is free parking. But the rest was great. it has clean rooms, and its in a great location.
