We offer our guests an elegant apartment called "PLUM TREE".
A few steps from the comfortable shops, bars and restaurants of the historic center, the property offers on request a rich bouffet breakfast served in the historic cellars or in the park according to the seasons, free indoor covered parking, free WI-FI.
Inside the estate, directly inside the green oasis of the park, a few steps from the majestic Guarene Castle, the apartment, on the garden level (therefore suitable for guests with mobility problems), is elegantly restored according to the typical canons of Piedmontese architecture and is furnished with family furniture. The apartment overlooks the greenery of the park and the surrounding hills. The apartment consists of a large living room with sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed, equipped kitchen, entrance-hallway, large main bedrooms with 5 windows overlooking the greenery and a spacious bathroom with shower.
The whole estate is immersed in the tranquility of the greenery of a large historical park of 2,500 square meters dominated by the presence of a friend of the majestic 200-year-old cedar of Lebanon, the oldest in the area. The park is open to guests who like to immerse themselves in the silent and regenerating quiet of nature. In addition to rare trees, the ancient park offers flowers and fruits in every season. The large, green walled courtyard leads to the apartments with private, covered parking spaces. Solarium-Relax area, with tables, beds and sofas with the adjacent "Children's house" and the play area for children complete the offer of a peaceful and serene carefree holiday. From the apartment and from the terrace of the park the view sweeps over the thousand hills of the Roero and the majestic Alps in the background.
We offer a pleasant and convivial welcome tasting for guests with classic Albanian wines and typical appetizers to start the holiday well.
Among the various activities recommended during your stay in our house: Experiences of local cuisine, preparation of jams and preserves of seasonal fruit according to the ancient recipes handed down from generation to generation, walks along the paths of the hills with scheduled tastings, visits to the atelier and to the painting gallery of the owner known international artist.
We gladly recommend and book the excellent typical restaurants of our region with their various food and wine offers that have made our cuisine famous. We recommend visits to castles or cellars of wine producers with tastings and excursions and any type of other tourist activity. Guests will thus be able to fully enjoy all the attractions of the beautiful surrounding area, which has become a full part of the UNESCO heritage.
