Service négligeable: 1h pour trouver notre numéro de commande et nous installer. Emplacement eloigné: Situé dans un complexe, difficile à trouver. Impossible de prendre un taxi dans le complexe. Il est nécessaire d'y sortir et de marcher 10min pour en trouver un. Pas de restaurant au lieu même, ni piscine => Il faut aller au VRAI hôtel. Bus disponible pour se rendre à l'hôtel mais peu ou pas de service. Attention, ne pas confondre, ce n'est pas un hotel. C'est un service appartement.

ベランダに出る事が出来なく、窓も開かないので空気の入れ替えや、外の景色を見ることが出来ない。 ホテル位置情報が異なり、ホテルに辿り着く事が不便。 ホテルにレストランは無い。 近くにコンビニも無く、徒歩で7・8分歩く必要がある。 付近にはタクシーや、バイクタクシーも無く、移動に不便である。

公寓總評

公寓的硬件項目基本上是無可挑剔，如果可以改善周邊環境的設施相信更能吸引別人入住，大部份周邊環境形然進行著工程。軟件項目方面，前台服務質素是公寓最敗北的地方，前台服務員對客人的提問缺乏耐性及草草了事，例如本人只是查詢接駁車站位置，前台服務員簡單地說了位置，本人再追問詳細位置，前台服務員沒有任何反應，最後要本人東奔西走自己找尋車站位置，前台服務員對客人愛理不理，得過且過的態度是公寓最不能接受的地方。
