This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The expectations on a 5 stars hotel is high, and Sheraton Guangzhou took it further. Stayed in the club room, the services provided in the club lounge was spotless. Travelled with my elderly parents and coincidentally affected by typhoon Ragasa. The crisis management of the hotel was beyond expectations. Hotel staffs took great care of the guests, with more than expected selection of food in the club lounge, knowing that guests would not be able to travel out for dinner. The hotel gave us late check-out without asking because of my delayed transportation. Special mention to Jenny, who went the extra miles when I needed help with extended stay. For a 5 stars hotel, the high-quality hardware is expected. What makes it different from the rest is the service staffs, and Sheraton Guangzhou did just that to make it a league above the others!

Sheraton Hotel is near all the big shopping mall like Tee Mall & Parc Central , etc . You can never go hungry with nice restaurant inside those malls like dim sum, desserts selection. There is a big Iphone store at Parc Central. The Sheraton hotel is next to Metro station, when it raining, you will not get wet. You can take the Metro to travel everywhere in GuangZhou, even to ShenZhen. There is a big underground mall near to the hotel too. When I visit GuangZhou again, I shall stay at Sheraton Hotel again.

登記入住時，前台Mr Lu得體有禮，解說清楚（低樓層即時有房，較高樓層須等候約一小時，不過會發飲品劵），效率也高，客人覺得舒服。房間整潔，視野很好。
