Access to the balcony was for VIP rooms only, but not advertised that it was. It was one of the amenities that I was looking forward to. Breakfast options were limited also and the same everyday which get old if you’re there for an extended stay.

Overall, the hotel is really nice and located in a convenient area. The only issue I had was that my room's door lock did not work properly, and I had to go to the front desk a few times. However, I still love the place and I will definitely return on my next trip to Guadalajara.

Cuando llegué, parecía que no lo han barrido el cuarto o ma piado el cuarto apestaba porque no tenía el aire circulando avía una cucaracha.
