On the main level you will find a large great room, hardwood floors, gas burning fireplace, dining area, a formal living room, and a covered patio. Outside you will enjoy a private oasis! Backyard includes an in-ground pool, a grill, an outdoor TV, and a large pergola that is complete with a sectional and fire pit. Additionally, you will find a guest bedroom and full bath on the main level. The owners suite upstairs includes a large sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with a tiled shower, separate garden tub, and a large walk-in closet. Additionally, the upstairs features 3 additional guest bedrooms and 1 full bath along with a laundry room. Community features include walking trails, 2 pools, pickleball, & tennis courts, and more. Come rent this beautiful home which is only 11 miles from the Augusta Nationals. A minimum 4-night stay is required.
