In a green and very well-kept residence, this 45 m2 apartment will offer you a magnificent view of the Sanguinaires archipelago and the Gulf of Ajaccio.
Access to a small cove is 5 mins walk and the shops of Porticcio are 10 mins walk.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) open to a bright living room (convertible sofa with quality mattress), direct access to the terrace, ideal for watching the magnificent sunset over the Sanguinaires islands.
On the mezzanine, you will find the bedroom adjoining the bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine).
The duplex is equipped with electric shutters as well as brand new air conditioning, TV and free WIFI access.
The residence is secured by automatic barriers and a parking space is reserved.
This apartment will make you spend a most pleasant stay.

PS: cleaning is to be done before departure, sheets and towels are not provided.
