The hotel is a pretty decent one with a lovely room layout. I must commend the staff on the great service during my stay there. I would definitely recommend this resort to other persons. Fine dining as well. Keep it up.
Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved our stay here. Pool just outside our door, & the beach not far from there. We did the all inclusive and it was definitely worth it. Breakfast in the morning was perfect, something for everyone. They have beach menus to order lunch off of thats included. My favorite items on the menu were pizza, wings and the cheese burger with fries. They also have a restuarant on the beach that you could pay extra for other items. For dinner with the all inclusive you get 1 night at the fine dining called chic. Its quite the experience and i definitely recommend it. The rest of the nights you eat in the other restaurant which changes the menu everynight. Everything I've tried was delicious. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and most remember your name, which makes you feel good.
Mystique Royal St. Lucia surpassed my expectations. The staff were friendly and from first meeting the security at the gate upon entering the property, to the staff we interacted with during our short stay. Loved the room setup, which provided a semi almost private sleeping area. The pool was inviting and the property being right on the beach on a beautiful sunny day enticed us to bath in the sea. A great place for work and relaxation.
We went to The Royal St Lucia Spa and Resort at Rodney Bay.. Omg a gorgeous resort.... our first time and will not be our last time. Staff are excellent food amazing locals friendly and beautiful The resort was amazing, sand and ocean stunning...we where so relaxed we decided not to do any excursions and stay on resort... our next visit will be to tour the island Thank you to all staff for making our first visit to your island a memorable vacation
After a long delayed flight to St Lucia I checked myself and my family in Mystique Royal (Formally known as The Royal). We hadn't booked as we had intended to stay at another location for a few nights, but turned up in the hope of getting two interconnecting rooms for a family of seven (five children under 13) The staff couldn't be more accommodating, they quickly prepared a room whilst serving us welcome drinks. The rooms themselves were beautiful (I have stayed at the Royal before but had forgotten how nice it is), the staff were helpful and the well needed rest after the flight felt even better after the shower that hits your from every angle and the sumptuous bed. Breakfast was brilliant, as well as a buffet that included everything that I could have wanted there was also a chef named Javier that was making anything based on eggs. I opted for his suggestion of a double omelette with cheese and hot pepper in the middle - fantastic! The morning of the first day was spent by the pool on four poster sun loungers = that in itself was heaven. I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay and that I could stay there over and over again but I think the best thing would be for you to stay yourself, you won't be disappointed.
Ocean from resort so direct and easy access to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy with amenities. The resort is very spacious but admirable with the luscious gardening and views from the room. Staff is so professional and quick to assist with any request you may need.
We stayed at Mystique for a week in August. The main reason we chose the hotel was for it's location on Reduit Beach and we were not disappointed. The beach was clean and spacious with plenty of sun loungers and palapas for shade. We chose a deluxe suite which was huge with a separate living area and large balcony. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with options to suit different tastes. There were a variety of choices for lunch on the beach, with Mahi's snack bar, a menu of bar food that you can order from your beach lounger and local vendors on the beach selling their homemade rotis and cake. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the shops and restaurants in Rodney Bay. The staff were all very friendly, always asking us how our stay was. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
I had the most pleasant experience staying in this hotel the service was the best i have experienced from the house keeping staff, receptionist and waiters but most of all the bar staff Fredrick and Michel i have never met hotel staff who are so genuinely friendly and take pride in their job i find it hard to believe any negative comment about this place as there is nothing bad that i could say i would definitely stay at this hotel again and well worth the cost.
Where do I start with telling you how Amazing this resort is? We travelled as a family of 4 with our two young teenage daughters staying on an All Inclusive Basis for 3 weeks. On arrival we were greeted so enthusiastically by the management team who made us feel so welcome. We had communicated with Greta in reservations before our arrival and she was so warm and friendly, our first meeting was like greeting a long lost friend. Richard the General Manager is very friendly and courteous. He was aware of a couple of minor issues we had in our suites and asked if we were happy with everything. We thought this was a nice touch that all issues are communicated through the channel of command. Throughout our stay all the management team stopped to chat and enquire how our holiday was going and took an interest in our family. The visibility of the management team is a real plus for this hotel, if you were in need of reporting an issue there is always someone on hand. Beverley is lovely, we really enjoyed our time getting to know her and an insight into her life. Always smiling, always cheery. Marianne is warm and friendly and is on hand to check everybody are having a good holiday. They make you feel part of a their family, which is a rare experience! We were taken to our suites and these were the best rooms we have had whilst holidaying in the Caribbean. We stayed in suites 1111 and 1113 and surprisingly they were interconnecting which was great! They were on the end of a block and we had a lovely garden view aswell as being able to see the beach and the sea. Lots of space, huge bathroom, amazing shower, very comfortable large bed and lovely living room and patio to relax in. Everyday our suite was cleaned, towels and toiletries replenished and little treats left at night during turn-down service. The beach is lovely and Mystique are the only hotel on Reduit beach to offer Rondels exclusively for hotel guests. These offer great shade if required. The lovely Danielle, who always has a smile on her face and only wants nothing more than for you to relax and enjoy your vacation is a shining example of great customer service for the Mystique and the cheerful Marah are on hand between 11am and 5pm to bring refreshments when you pop your flag up. The beach isn’t particularly long but it’s long enough to stretch your legs, even if you have to do it several times a day! The beach sellers are friendly and will leave you alone even with a polite ‘no thank you’ We saw so many things in the sea right in front of the hotel including Star fish, a sea snake, a baby squid and a baby turtle. The pool and pool side is spotless. The pool is 9ft at its deepest ( no diving allowed) with shallow sections near the swim up bar and the children’s pool. The pool boys are very smiley and will gladly furnish you with fresh beach towels and assist you with your sun beds. As you walk around this resort all the members of staff are friendly and ask how you are, Bernard has the greatest smile! We prefer smaller resorts and this hotel is perfect. With only 90 suites you can get to anywhere within 1 minute! At the pool bar you have Michael (pronounced Michelle ) to make you cocktails along with Frederick who will gladly tell you stories of their history, very entertaining ( ask about the ghost in the bush )and always a smile on their faces. Hilarious the Mistral Barman is FANTASTIC ! We missed him on his days off! He made the best cocktails and was so friendly, informative and sweet. Hilarious will go out of his way to make you your favourite drink. A true gentleman and credit to the hotel! The main hotel restaurant is L’ epicure. We are here for breakfast (buffet) lunch (A la Carte ) and evening meal (A la Carte) apart from Wednesday and Saturdays which are BBQ nights. The food is stunning both in taste and visually to look at. The chefs produce the highest quality food from a Quesadilla to an Angus Steak. The flavours they produce will blow you away! We have never tasted food as good as this on holiday and even thought we may be going home 2 stone heavier every morsel was heaven! The chefs will accommodate the fussiest of eaters ( our eldest has quite a plain palate) Chef Desmond (AKA Troy) produced many of our awesome meals, his cauliflower soup was a taste sensation. The waiting staff in the restaurant were lovely. Tracey is so friendly and an asset to the hotel. Sariah, Melissa, Lissa,Marthalina, Erickson,Ashley, Keitha,Shanel All worked tirelessly to keep your water glasses topped up and plates cleared. These girls work so hard and deserve to be credited for their work ethic. We visited Chic 3 times during our stay and all it’s fabulous! The food here rivals a Michelin star restaurant. The atmosphere is classy without being pretentious. It’s not fast food but the whole experience is one not to be missed! Your host is professional and experienced in offering you a first class service.Robin and Erickson the Restaurant managers will give you a first class service and make the dining experience an evening to remember! We visited the spa to use the sauna, steam room and plunge pools. Very well maintained and a nice way to end the day when the sun has gone down. Our eldest daughter had a manicure in the Spa by Credencia and was very happy with her nails and enjoyed the experience. The transfer from the airport to this hotel is roughly 75 minutes but the long journey is definitely worth it! Apart from a boat taxi ride across to Pigeon Island we didn’t leave the hotel as the major tourist actions were 2 hours away by car, plus we didn’t want to be away from this lovely hotel. We met other holiday makers who come back every year and although we have always said we could never understand why people would do that when there are so many places to see, we now understand as the Mystique Royal St Lucia is utterly brilliant and we look forward to returning. We ran out of time and didn’t have chance to say goodbye to everyone, but on behalf of myself, husband and two daughters thank you for letting us be part of your family for the last 3 weeks. Thank you Richard and all your amazing team for a Wonderful holiday! X
This is one of St Lucia's hidden gems. From the time we stepped foot in the resort to the time we left, we were treated like long-lost family. Shannon and Kriston were the first two people we encountered and were absolutely amazing. Our room was beautiful. The design (as a suite) sets it apart from other resorts that give you a hotel-room format. Bed was comfortable, shower was powerful, and the room was clean. Our adventures in the restaurant continued. I will miss someone in the list (inadvertently), but we had excellent service from Sadia, Marah, Neil, and Ericson. We met the chef who was the creator of such fantastic delights like the Rodney Bay Seafood Bowl. (Incidentally he came to St Lucia from Canada!) Our service in the restaurant Le Chic was beyond our expectations. A beautiful environment. It was an excellent place to stay, and it really made our experience there memorable. Thank you to all of the staff for their contributions over the week. Lastly, one of the managers, Marianne, went beyond everything. We were surprised with a bowl of fresh cut sugar cane, and another morning at breakfast were surprised with fresh coconut water (in the coconut which was cut down a few minutes earlier!). If you are looking for a great place to experience, close to Rodney Bay, shopping and the local casino, as well as some fantastic local restaurants, you must try this place. We will definitely be returning here.
