The service was exceptional. Everyone there was just so kind, compassionate and mindful. Stacy was so funny and charismatic I traveled with my maniac children and everyone was so patient and understanding. . We stayed in a suite that was it for me to have a private pool for the kids to have to enjoy themselves in safely and privately . Thank you for making this experience so memorable .our time there was too short .

It was my first time on St Lucia, it is so scenic!. In general, on this island one needs all-included arrangement. Good restaurants are a few and very expensive from NY price level view. Reaching them is not easy task because of sharp mountain roads and left-side driving. This resort is in nice secluded area, small crowded with buildings property, charming small beach is 4 stories below, one needs to climb long stairs, both restaurants (in resort and on the beach) have limited daily changing menu and very expensive.

I cannot say enough about this Resort! we had a suite with a private pool directly overlooking the ocean , unbelievable!! Best Four days with my husband ever! Food was great, but the in room/patio set up for meals from the staff was so thoughtful and attentive, we never wanted to leave our little piece of heaven!

We had a wonderful time at this charming hotel with beautiful grounds.

Absolutely beautiful place. The views are amazing and the staff are very polite and accommodating, they work together as a great team. We were greeted with smiles and champagne and taken to our room which had an outstanding view off the beach I 100% stay here again.

Spent a great week in mid-September at Cap Maison for our anniversary. It was quiet season, which was good and bad. The 50 room hotel was probably 20% occuppied, which meant the pool, beach, and restaurants were practically deserted most of the time. So, it was private and easy to do what we wanted. At the same time, there was a lot of maintenance going on during the day, so spending time in our room was perioidically noisy, with hammering, drilling, sanding, and the upstairs pool being drained onto our patio and in the gardens around our room. When the rooms come with lots of windows and seem designed to be open to the nature around you, it was unexpected to see maintenance workers around us every day. We complained once and the workers were cleared out briefly. The property is beautiful, including the pool and restaurant overlooking the ocean and the beach tucked in a cove. We dined one evening on the Rock, which juts out into the ocean below the main restaurant. We were skeptical of paying an extra $120 to dine there, but ended up very happy. The private server was excellent, and and we felt surrounded by the ocean while eating. Other notable observations: - You can expect a couple vendors on the beach to try to sell you stuff, but they weren't bothersome. - The drive to and from the airport is 90-120 minutes on winding mountain roads. - A few mosquitoes in our room most days seemed unavoidsble. - In our villa, only the bedroom and main bath were air conditioned.

Probably one of the prettiest resorts in St. Lucia. Staff was wonderful. Grounds were wonderful. Food was amazing. Only thing I didn't like was that there was a vendor on the beach who would almost bother you about buying something.

simply put, the best hotel & food in St. Lucia. Very private, intimate, romantic, and immaculately clean. The staff was perfect. Highly recommend getting the all-inclusive plan. Our room had a Jacuzzi on the balcony and it was perfect.

Wonderful Stay Food and transportation extremely expensive. No snack bar so if you opt for all inclusive, you get breakfast, lunch, dinner nothing in between. Not a lot of activity at night some live music during dinner but that is it also not a lot of beach activity -

The resort is postcard perfect - views, pool, beach, rooms, architecture. Cons include - very far from the airport and the pitons (1.5 hours!) and staff isn't very warm or helpful. This is a luxury boutique hotel that seems to have not yet learned that luxury customers want to be treated kindly (not sure why luxury spots ever got the idea that being overly confident and curt was what clients wanted). The food was also delicious and the beach secluded and rather private. However, due to the staff (front desk staff, not the restaurant staff) and distance from the pitons, I would not recommend it.

The attention to detail was excellent - from the water bottles available at the pool area, mosquito repellent - (-which we didn't need to use) in our room to EVERY member of staff we came across being friendly and polite and smiling. (- That included the owner who we bumped into out of the resort, who gave us some great tips of where to visit on the island!) We loved our time at Cap Maison and in St. Lucia! Thank you!

Everything was great with the exception of housekeeping. No towels at one point and next there were coffee grounds dumped in bathroom sink that we manually scooped out. Otherwise great staff and hotel

My wife and I just enjoyed a great six day getaway at Cap Maison. The property was very well kept and the staff was excellent. Trully a great experience. We felt well attended to during the entire trip.

We had a fantastic time at Cap Maison. The staff were welcoming and always very helpful. Our junior suite was excellent with amazing views of the ocean and Pigeon Island . The food is price at the hotel restaurant but amazing. We eat dinner almost daily at Rodney Bay (a lot to chose from). Taxi rides are $15 each way. We also tried Roti at a the House of Roti. We highly recommend this resort if you are a coupe trying to relax.

A disaster! Several electricity black outs every night. These effect, the air conditioning and MOST IMPORTANTLY the wake up call switchboard. Internet: slow and erratic. Wiring in the room: designed by locals and wired by locals. Room Not functional and noisy. Housekeeping, lethargic at best. Plumbing: Same as electrical. Management: runs in circle with verbose British attitude. However it does NOT resolve the issues. in a word. Incompetent! Room service menu: The shortest I have ever encountered. Local "cove" unkept, dirty.

The hotel was a fantastic escape. Immaculately maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The attention to detail was great. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the pool a little small but really nice. The resort isn't on the beach, but above it. Not at all an issue, actually made the beach feel more secluded. While we appreciated the assistance of the reception desk, it felt as if our requests were being steered toward a few options that had an arrangement with the resort. Only 1 scuba option, only 2 recommended restaurants outside the resort? Still, overall it was one of the nicest resorts I've visited. Ideal for a couple on a honeymoon, engagement, or just getting away for awhile. Try the rum punch!

We hiked, kayaked, sailed and swam our way to relaxation. The food was excellent (albeit expensive.) The resort was lovely and the staff was amazing. It is a hike from the airport, but worth the trip.
