The complex is a quiet oasis of tropical beauty on the Rodney Bay Marina waterfront, with a shared pool; all within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, banks, shops, nightlife, a casino and the famous Rodney Bay beach.

The town house is 1,555 square feet with open plan full kitchen, living and dining room, porch, powder room, laundry with washer and dryer, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, guest bedroom and single bedroom with a shared bathroom. There are air conditioners in both bedrooms and the living room. WIFI and cable television are complementary. It accommodates up to 5 persons comfortably.

Guest have access to their rented unit plus all communal areas and the electronic gate.
