New house with capacity for 1 to 9 people (4 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms)
Ideally located (5 min walk from the commercial center of the island, 10 minutes from the port and the first beach).

You luxuriate around the heated pool. You benefit from a home cinema, an independent terrace, a small private garden and a fully equipped kitchen.

You will have a small sea view from 2 bedrooms, and at the entrance of the house.
