Beautiful sea view over the Golfe of Saint-Tropez for this charming Provencal villa of 150 m2. In absolute calm in the middle of a garden of 2000 m2 and without vis-à-vis, it enjoys an ideal situation : Close to the golf course of Beauvallon, about 800 m from the beach and 3 km from the center of Sainte Maxime.
On the ground floor: Entrance, dining room, living room with fireplace and office area, open kitchen equipped with a wine cellar and US fridge, extra bedroom opening onto a small terrace with shower room and separate toilet .
A laundry room with shower and toilet.
Upstairs: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms , two bedrooms with shared shower room and separate toilet, a large en-suite bedroom with balcony access, shower room and separate toilet.
A large covered and wooded terrace runs along the property, a summer kitchen with barbecue and petanque ground are available. Below, an 9.00 x 4.5 m above ground pool and a small swimming pool and pool house.
Heated pool available upon request, with an extra charge, from May to September (see terms at the agency).
