Relatief veel geld voor weinig ...

Absoluut een huis met potentie. Echter, in de huidige staat betaal je veel om er vervolgens weinig voor terug te krijgen. Apparatuur werkt niet of werkt niet goed. Weigerend toilet bovenverdieping. Veel oude spullen, ratjetoe aan meubilair, keuken met links en rechts schade. Geen mogelijkheid om buiten met acht personen aan één tafel te eten. Absoluut pluspunt is het zwembad. Hoewel de rand deels opnieuw vastgelijmd moest worden verder prima! De eigenaren lijken nieuw in de wereld van het verhuren van huizen. Tot de avond van vertrek geen adres ontvangen en verbaasd toen wij op dag van vertrek om 07.00 uur wilden gaan rijden (Zuid-Frankrijk --> Nederland). Hoe moesten zij dat dan regelen? Vrouw kon niet in grote auto man rijden. Uiteindelijk waren zij er de ochtend van vertrek om moest eerst alles nagelopen cq gecontroleerd worden ... Hoe dan ook: recensie en aantal sterren puur gericht op het huis en communicatie vanuit eigenaren. NB: Als je dit huis boekt, hou er dan rekening mee dat het echt hoog in de bergen ligt waarbij een trip naar Nice je een uur omlaag kost en waarbij de dichtstbijzijnde grote supermarkt op ruim een half uur ligt!
