Switch off in this beautiful maritime furnished holiday apartment right on the marina in the immediate vicinity of the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald. Enjoy the view from the living room or the kitchen directly onto the harbor and the Ryck. From Easter, the first sailing and motor yachts are launched. Then sit on the sheltered balcony as if on the bridge and watch the hustle and bustle over a coffee or a cool drink.
The surroundings invite you for a walk to the center or the museum harbor. By bike you will reach along the Ryck on well-laid paths to the ruins of Eldena, the primeval cell of the Hanseatic city. There you can relax on the Eldenaer beach or stroll through the beautiful fishing village Wieck with its old thatched fisherman's houses. Treat yourself to a fresh fish sandwich at 'Gurke' or return to one of the numerous restaurants.
There is something for everyone to discover. We are happy to help with the planning.

Wonderful apartment

This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it is wonderful to have breakfast or a coffee and look at the yachts. I can totally recommend the apartment. You can walk to Greifswald centre in 10 minutes and if you want to go to the beach, Eldena is just outside town and the longer Lubmin beach is only 15 km away. There are always a lot of people having a picknick or a just a having a beer down by the river Ryck about 5 minutes from the flat by foot. I recommend you join the locals there on a warm evening.

Tolles Appartement mit kleinem Wermutstropfen

Der Aufenthalt in dem Appartement war sehr schön. Die Lage am Yachthafen und die Aufteilung des Appartements sind hervorragend! Allerdings gibt es ein paar Punkte,die uns etwas gestört haben: Die Fenster waren sehr verschmutzt ,anscheinend waren sie schon längere Zeit nicht mehr gesäubert worden. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher rochen sehr unangenehm. Trotzdem haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung am Yachthafen

Die Fewo ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat vom Balkon einen guten Blick auf das Geschehen im Yachthafen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Man sollte unbedingt einen Parkplatz mitbuchen. Die Beschäftigten vom Ordnungsamt sind hier sehr aufmerksam und emsig bei der Entdeckung von Falschparkern.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Greifswald

Sehr schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage. Vor der Wohnung gibts nen Parkplatz. Alles aber auch gut mit Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet , auch mit Büchern und Gesellschaftsspielen. Der TV hat etwas Empfangsprobleme und in weniger frequentierten Ecken der Wohnung waren nur grob geputzt. Mich hat das aber mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke
